One thing that caught my attention while watching The Phantom Menace in the theater, a movie I didn't expect to find anything new with after how many times I've seen it and analyzed it, was that Sidious mentions multiple times that he has to change his plans to fit the new circumstances. It got me to thinking about how Palpatine gets credit for his carefully crafted plans, but often times not for how flexible he is in changing them on the fly, especially in time travel fics where someone destroys one of his plans and that's the end of it. Which, I'm not advocating against, I love a good Take That Wrinkled Walnut The Fuck Down However You Gotta Do It fic and I don't want them to change! But in canon Palpatine makes note of things he's not expecting, like:
When Valorum sends the Jedi as ambassadors, it's not part of Sidious' plan: DAULTAY DOFINE: This scheme of yours has failed, Lord Sidious. The blockade is finished. We dare not go against the Jedi. DARTH SIDIOUS: Viceroy, I don't want this stunted slime in my sight again! This turn of events is unfortunate. We must accelerate our plans. Begin landing your troops. NUTE GUNRAY: My lord, is that… legal? DARTH SIDIOUS: I will make it legal. NUTE GUNRAY: And the Jedi? DARTH SIDIOUS: The Chancellor should never have brought them into this. Kill them immediately!
On the Trade Federation ship, after Queen Amidala has disappeared from Naboo, Palpatine originally planned that she would be forced to sign the treaty, and then brings in Maul to deal with this. DARTH SIDIOUS: And Queen Amidala, has she signed the treaty? NUTE GUNRAY: She has disappeared, My Lord. One Naboo cruiser got pat the blockade. DARTH SIDIOUS: I want that treaty signed. NUTE GUNRAY: My Lord, it's impossible to locate the ship. It's out of our range. DARTH SIDIOUS: Not for a Sith. This is my apprentice. Darth Maul. He will find your lost ship.
On Naboo, after Padme allies with the Gungans: NUTE GUNRAY: We've sent out patrols. We've already located their starship in the swamp....It won't be long, My Lord. DARTH SIDIOUS: This is an unexpected move for her. It's too aggressive. Lord Maul, be mindful. MAUL: Yes, my Master. DARTH SIDIOUS: Be patient... Let them make the first move.
Palpatine's plans aren't static, they adapt and change with the events that happen, just as the other characters react to new information and head in new directions for it, so too does Palpatine and I think it's interesting to note that part of what makes him such a good villain is that he has an outline for what he wants to do, he sets up the dominoes of what he needs, but even when they don't fall precisely into place, he generally gets what he wants. He originally intended that Padme would sign the treaty, the Jedi wouldn't be involved, and that would lead to a vote of No Confidence to oust Valorum, using the sympathy for Naboo as a way to boost himself into the position. But he didn't really need her to sign it and still managed to use the sympathy for Naboo to get elected, it ultimately didn't matter what happened to the planet, so long as it was in danger while he needed it to be, he could use it either way. Nor, honestly, do I think he ever planned for Anakin Skywalker's existence, he had no idea they would find such a boy on Tatooine or how useful he was going to be, that was another way he changed his plans once the opportunity arose. Or a lot of his plots in TCW--he has Cad Bane steal the list of Force-sensitive children and kidnap them, bringing them to Mustafar for some sort of program to use them probably not too unlike how he uses the Inquisitors later. That plan is foiled by the Jedi, the babies are returned to their families, and Sidious' plans fall through, but that doesn't really change the outcome. tl:dr: I don't think Palpatine gets enough credit as a villain whose plans shift and change along with the new events that happen, just as much as the heroes' plans shift and change when new things happen. Yeah, he's a great villain because he creates an impossible trap for people, but also because the thing about him is that he's incredibly charming and charismatic and he knows an opportunity when he sees one, that any one given plan might fall through, but it's not necessary to his overall plot.

The first revised rough draft of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace by George Lucas is dated June 13th 1996:
“The Beginning.”
It is a time of decay in the Republic. The taxation of trade routes to the tiny planet of Utapau is in dispute.
Hoping to force a resolution with a blockade of deadly Star Destroyers, the greedy Federation of Galactic Traders has cut off all shipping and supplies to the small, peaceful planet.
While the Congress of the Republic endlessly debates the alarming chain of events, the Supreme Chancellor has secretly dispatched a young Jedi Knight to settle the conflict…
Some things in this rough draft....
Naboo is known as “Utapau.”
Obi Wan Kenobi goes to the trade federation without Qui Gon Jin, who he describes as his mentor and good friend.
Obi Wan Kenobi dresses in black and is around 30 years old
Darth Sidious chokes Daultay Dofine after Daultay argues with him. Sidious tells him, “You fool, my reach is far greater than the Jedi. Only a Sith Lord can wield the power of the Force over such a great distance…”
Jar Jar speaks basic with no distinct accent and is emotional and childish. Jar Jar is described as a “strange, giant, frog-like creature.”
Darth Maul is sent to Naboo by Sidious
Padme is suggested to have a crush on Obi Wan: she “gives Obi-Wan a long, adoring look”; Padme “is impressed that Obi-Wan is able to stand up to the Queen[her].” Additionally, Lucas writes that Padme’s “eyes make the powerful Jedi nervous.” Suggesting his discomfort with and realization of her crush on him.
Padme uses hand to hand combat in self defense
Young Anakin speaks with more maturity and wisdom. To Jar Jar he says, the Gungan’s “fear attracts the fearful..” and they were “only trying to overcome [his] fear, by attacking, conquering, and squashing.” Obi Wan observes his wisdom and questions who taught him his beliefs. Anakin replies, “No one. That’s just the way it is.”
Later on, Obi Wan says to Anakin: “The pallies are on me. You’ve just saved Jar Jar from certain destruction. We should celebrate. It’s a small reward for your kindness.” Anakin replies, “Kindness is a joy. Why would you reward me for that?” To which Obi Wan says, “You have old wisdom for one so young.”
C-3PO introduces himself to Artoo and Padme as “See-Pee-o.” Anakin adds a 3 to their name because Padme says all protocol droids should have one in theirs. Anakin chooses 3 because Padme says it is her favorite number.
Darth Sidious’ last line is: “It is too late for them to stop us now. The Republic will soon be ours.”
The Jedi Council is only described to have 3 Jedi Elders: Mace Windu, Yoda, and Ki-Adi-Mundi
Darth Maul uses a single bladed saber
Obi Wan and Qui Gon successfully raise the planetary deflector shield to hopefully protect the Gungan army from an aerial attack. Obi Wan, relieved, says, “I hope we were in time.” Darth Maul emerges, hissing “In time to meet your own destruction.”
Qui Gon fights Darth Maul alone as Obi Wan fell off of a gantry. Qui Gon is killed, and Obi Wan enters the fight. Throughout their battle they both use the force to throw objects at each other.
Obi Wan and Darth Maul stand face to face: Obi-Wan: Your style of fighting is old, but I understand it now… Darth Maul: You learn fast. Obi-Wan: You don’t bother to learn. Darth Maul: I don’t have to… Obi Wan cuts Darth Maul in half. He observes his death, saying, “Learn not…live not, my master always says.”
During the mourning of Qui Gon Jinn, Yoda says, “A Jedi was he. One with the Force is he now.” Then the funeral pyre is lit.
Following this mourning, Yoda calls Anakin forward and tells him the council has decided to allow him to be a Jedi. Anakin kneels, and each Jedi comes forward to touch his forehead. Anakin stands with tears in his eyes.

A Bright Beginning (Obi-Wan x Reader) Pt.1/3
Requested by @dovies666, I apologise for the delay, but here we go :) <3
Author’s Note: The story will roughly follow the story outline of the prequels.
“My heart is not captured easily. I am disinterested in small talk, disillusioned with love, and too focused on my dreams and aspirations to lend anybody my attention for long. But if we make that connection, if you find your way into my heart, God, I will fall for you like gravity has let go of the earth.” ~ Beau Taplin || The Connection
“Honestly,” Y/N combed her fingers through her H/L H/C hair. “I don’t see why you specifically have to go.”
“I think someone’s a little jealous.” Obi-Wan smirked and winked at his friend, “besides, where the Master goes-”
“The student must follow,” Y/N interjected and sighed, “I know.”
“Don’t worry,” Obi-Wan turned to face her, “I’ll be back soon, I can’t imagine these negotiations taking very long.”
“You say that about every mission.”
“True,” Obi-Wan acknowledged and grinned, “but this time its the truth.”
“Mmhm,” Y/N didn’t sound the least bit convinced.
“Come on,” Obi-Wan pulled his robe on, “you can accompany me to the hanger bay.”
“How very generous of you,” Y/N rolled her eyes and smirked before following her friend out into the passageway.
~ ~ ~
“I have a bad feeling about this,” Obi-Wan lowered his hood as he and his Master, Qui-Gon Jinn approached the view-port aboard one of the Trade Federation’s ships.
“I don’t sense anything,” Qui-Gon replied, almost a little dismissively.
Grinding his teeth and taking a deep breath, Obi-Wan tried again, “it’s not about the mission, Master. It’s something, elsewhere. Elusive.” Maybe he should contact Y/N, maybe she felt something too. She was a little more Force Sensitive than him.
“Keep your concentration here and now, where it belongs,” Qui-Gon’s voice interrupted his musing and brought his attention back to the present.
“Do you think they’ll agree to the Chancellor’s demands?” Obi-Wan moved a little closer to the narrow view port and looked down at Naboo.
“These Federation types are cowards,” Qui-Gon moved to stand beside him, “the negotiations will be short.”
Obi-Wan grinned to himself. He knew it! He could easily imagine Y/N’s surprised expression that she would no doubt wear when they returned.
Unknown to some and sensed by others, something nefarious was indeed taking place.
Not far from where the two Jedi waited, the Viceroy of the Trade Federation and his assistant had been made aware of just who the supposed ‘ambassadors’ were.
Having sent a droid to speak with them out of fear, Nute Gunray and his assistant Daultay Dofine were now debating on what to tell the one they both answered to.
Their conversation was interrupted when a flickering holo-image came up before them.
Before the Viceroy could utter a word, Dofine stepped forward and spoke in a simpering voice, “this scheme of yours has failed Lord Sidious. The blockades is finished. We dare not go against the Jedi.”
The hooded figure looked down at the creature before him in a way that could only be described as disgust. Turning to the Viceroy, he spoke in sharp tones. “Viceroy, I don’t want to see this stunted slime in my sight again!” The assistant bowed and crept away before the sentence had finished.
Swallowing hard, the Viceroy turned to face the hooded figure.
It was a while before anything was said. It was Sidious who spoke, he sounded almost a little thoughtful. “This turn of events is unfortunate,” he paused a little before continuing. “We must accelerate our plans,” he fully turned his attention to Nute Gunray, who stood silent. “Begin landing your troops.”
This seemed to bring back some mobility into the Viceroy. “But My Lord, is that legal?”
“I will make it legal,” the ominous delivery sent chills down the spine of anyone who listened. With those words, the holo-image flickered one last time before disappearing.
~ ~ ~
No matter how hard she tried, Y/N could not get to sleep. Something lurked at the edges of her periphery and would retreat every time she attempted to get a better look at it.
Giving up, she tossed the covers aside and moved as quietly as she could so as not to wake her Master. Slipping out of the quarters she shared, Y/N moved into the hallway beyond. A brief walk often helped her restless mind.
She didn’t even make it halfway down the hallway when she heard them. Voices that sounded faraway but also close by.
“I need to speak to the Jedi Council. The situation has become much more complicated.”
Y/N’s eyes widened, that was Master Qui-Gon’s voice! What had happened that made her hear him? Her heart sunk at the prospect that something terrible may have happened.
Fragments of sentences continued to reach her ears but only one really caught her attention.
“My only conclusion... is that it was a Sith Lord.”
Once again, that was Master Qui-Gon! And a Sith? Y/N’s stomach clenched, were they alright? Was Obi-Wan? Questions ran circles through her mind. She knew full well what these voices meant, that she now knew of something that had not yet come to pass.
~ ~ ~
Tatooine. Sand everywhere. And the heat, Obi-Wan didn’t even wanted to get started on that. Obeying his Master, he had stayed aboard the damaged Nubian cruiser.
That feeling of unease that he had first encountered aboard the Trade Federation ship had not gone away. The temptation to contact Y/N was steadily growing stronger. Clenching his jaw, the young Padawan pushed the feeling down and tried to focus on the present, as he had been instructed.
Obi-Wan closed his eyes to better focus when his Comlink sounded. Sighing, he answered the call, “Master? Is everything alright ?”
“Master?” An amused female voice answered, “I’m not quite there yet.”
“Y/N ?”
“Short mission huh?”
Rolling his eyes, Obi-Wan could just picture her expression. “Things didn’t go as planned, alright?”
“Mmhm,” Y/N most likely had her arms folded with one eyebrow raised. “When do they ever. So,” she paused a little before continuing, “what exactly did happen ?”
“Well, it turns out that the Trade Federation has invaded Naboo, in addition to the blockade that is. The Queen barely escaped.”
Y/N was silent for a good long while and it didn’t take long for Obi-Wan to remember that Naboo was her native planet.
“Y/N? You ok?”
“Umm, yeah, I think so,” she was quieter than before. Her emotional attachment to her home planet was a strong one, despite the fact that she hadn’t been raised there.
“You don’t sound ok.”
“I am, really,” she sounded like she was trying to convince herself more than him. “It’s just a bit of a shock, that’s all. Anyway,” her change of tone suggested a change in subject. “When will you and Master Qui-Gon be back?”
Obi-Wan bit his lip and paused a little before answering. “I’m not quite sure yet, but I think it’ll be soon.”
“What’s that supposed to mean? Where exactly are you?”
“Here’s the thing Y/N,” Obi-Wan braced himself for her reaction to his next words, “we’re on Tatooine. In the Outer Rim.”
“Tatooine?” Y/N all but shouted in surprise, “what in the name of the Force are you doing all the way out there?”
“Our ship was damaged as we left Naboo and Tatooine was the safest place to go, considering we have the Queen on board.”
A long sigh was heard from her end, she was no doubt pinching the bridge of her nose with her eyes closed. “You alright though?” The words were whispered, as though she was afraid someone might hear her.
Taken by surprise, Obi-Wan didn’t answer right away.
“Obi-Wan?”
“I’m alright, considering.”
Silence hung between them for a short while before Y/N spoke again. “This may seem strange Obi-Wan, and a tad out of the blue but, I think something bad is going to happen.”
This caught his attention and he perked up, “what makes you say that?”
“Its just that,” she sounded a little hesitant and unsure. “I heard them again.”
Obi-Wan wished he didn’t know what she meant. Voices that only she could hear. Voices that foretold only bad things. “Who was it this time?”
“Master Qui-Gon.”
This was blow for Obi-Wan and he wasn’t quite sure how to take it. “What-what did he say?”
She seemed to hesitate before answering.
“Y/N, what did he say?”
She let out a long, drawn out breath. “He said something about..”
“Something about what?” Her fragmented sentences didn’t bode well and Obi-Wan began to wonder just how bad it would get this time.
Y/N let out a shuddering breath before answering with only two words. “The Sith.”
Obi-Wan wasn’t sure if he had heard correctly. The Sith? His surprise faded a little when he realised that this could very well explain that feeling unease and that something was horribly wrong.
“But Y/N, the Sith are extinct. Could it be possible that you misheard?”
“I know what I heard Obi-Wan,” she spoke with a slight edge to her voice, “I am as surprised as you are, if not more so.”
“If that is indeed the case,” he became thoughtful, “then you must inform the Council and Master Tahl.”
“I tried, but the Council dismissed it.” Y/N sounded tired.
This angered Obi-Wan, but he forced himself to calm down. Sometimes it felt as though he was the only one to take her seriously. She had a gift and it drove him to near madness that the Council refused to accept that.
“What of Master Tahl? What did she say?” He hoped, for her sake, that her Master had been a little more understanding.
“I think she believes me,” Y/N sighed heavily, “but I can’t be sure.”
“For what it’s worth, I believe you.”
He hoped that this would bring a smile to her features. She deserved to have someone that believed her, and not someone who merely dismissed what she heard as pleas for attention.
“Thank you Obi-Wan, that means a lot.” He could clearly hear the smile in her voice and relief flooded through him. “It’s nice to know that I’m not alone in this.”
Obi-Wan made to answer when one of the pilots approached him. “Y/N? I have to go, I’m sorry. We’ll talk when I get back the Capital alright?”
“You stay out of trouble you hear me?” The joking nature of her voice was back.
“Sure thing Y/N, whatever you say” Obi-Wan grinned and shook his head before switching off his Comlink and giving the pilot his full attention.
“What is it?”
“Your Master is back with the required parts.”
“Thank you, I’ll be there presently.” Obi-Wan let out a sigh of relief, finally they would be leaving.
Straightening his robes, Obi-Wan made his way through the ship and to the lowered loading ramp. His Master seemed to be riding on the planet’s native animals. The creature had long legs so Master Qui-Gon was a little way above the planet’s sandy surface.
“I’m going back,” he said by way of greeting as his Padawan approached.
“Where are you going Master?”
“There’s some unfinished business that requires my attention.”
Obi-Wan knew what this meant and he suppressed the urge to roll his eyes. “Why do I get the feeling we’ve picked up yet another pathetic life-form?” Disapproval was clear in the way he spoke.
“Get this hyperdrive installed,” Qui-Gon instructed his apprentice and turned his mount in the direction he had come.
Obi-Wan sighed and ran a hand through his short hair. No doubt this was the boy his Master had mentioned earlier. The one with an astounding number of midi-chlorians in his blood. Obi-Wan couldn’t help but feel he was being shuffled to the side in favour of this boy.
Not even two standard hours had passed and the hyperdrive generator had been installed and still Obi-Wan saw no sign of his Master returning.
The memory of what Y/N had told him came back and worry began to gnaw at him. If what she had said was true, then they were all in more danger than he had originally believed.
His thoughts were interrupted when a small sandy-haired boy came racing up the loading ramp.
“We need to go!” The boy spoke to anyone who might listen. There was a sense of urgency in his tone that caught Obi-Wan’s attention.
“Not without my Master we’re not,” as he spoke the boy looked at him.
“Master Qui-Gon says to go!”
This set off a series of alarm bells in Obi-Wan’s mind. Glancing quickly at the boy, he turned and bolted in the direction of the cockpit, the boy was hot on his heels.
“Take off, but stay low,” he instructed the pilots. Squinting out of the view-port, he saw two figures and the tell-tale glow of lightsabers. One blue and one red. “Over there,” he pointed to where the two figures were and fervently prayed that his Master would see them and make the jump.
Qui-Gon heard the familiar hum of a ship’s engine and sensed the proximity of the vessel before striking at his opponent in such a way that gave him time to leap up onto the partially lowered loading ramp of the approaching ship.
Obi-Wan and the boy burst through the door soon after he back on board.
“Master, what was that?” Obi-Wan spoke with thinly veiled curiosity.
“I’m not sure,” Qui-Gon took a series of deep breaths. “But it was well trained in the Jedi arts.”
“What are we gonna do now?” The boy spoke up from beside Obi-Wan.
“I’m not sure,” Qui-Gon admitted and smiled ruefully at his apprentice. “For now, we must wait and be patient.”
Adjusting his position on the ground so that he was sitting, Qui-Gon spoke, addressing the boy. “Anakin Skywalker,” he then gestured to Obi-Wan, “meet Obi-Wan Kenobi.”
The boy, Anakin enthusiastically shook hands with the Padawan, “you’re a Jedi too? Pleased to meet you.”
Obi-Wan couldn’t help but smile.
To be continued...

Timeline of Galactic History
@what-a-strange-little-star and I were talking about how awesome a Star Wars/Wonder Woman au crossover would be and so then I started planning things and, well, this happened. Stay tuned for more - someday we may even write a full fic - once my friend here finally watches Wonder Woman!
Pre-Clone Wars
c. 10000 BBY
One or more ancestral species unlock the secrets of hyperspace travel and open the galaxy for exploration.
Force sensitives gather to form the Jedi Order, dedicated to the preservation of peace and justice. The world Ilum comes into their possession.
Unidentified rogue Jedi is born.
A group of malevolent Force users splits from the Jedi Order during the Hundred-Year Darkness. They form the Sith Order.
The Jedi attack the Sith temple on Malachor in the Great Scourge of Malachor, and battle the Sith. All participants are petrified.
A group of surviving female Jedi flee to Themyscira, a planet in uncharted space and erect powerful cloaks around their world to protect them. Hippolyta sculpts a baby out of clay and she is brought to life by “the gods”, she is named Diana. The women call themselves the Amazons.
c. 6021 BBY
Through the use of slavery, the Sith build an empire that spans the galaxy, beginning a brief period of galactic dominance.
The Sith build a shrine on Coruscant. The Jedi later build the Jedi Temple on top of the shrine's foundations.
Prior to 1032 BBY
The Battle of Takodana is fought between the Jedi and the Sith. (at least 1,000 years)
The galaxy enters the Dark age.
The Jedi–Sith war is waged.
A male Jedi crash lands on Themyscira and Diana is convinced to leave Themyscira to help destroy the darkness even though she may never return to the world.
Diana learns she is the Force personified and is able to kill another Force Avatar who embraced darkness instead of light.
The Sith are defeated by the Diana and the Jedi and are driven into hiding.
The Old Republic collapses.
Mandalorians of House Vizsla sneak into the Jedi Temple and liberate the Darksaber.
Diana becomes the Master Jedi
Darth Bane establishes the Rule of Two.
Several solar systems unite and found the Galactic Republic.
The Zygerrian Slave Empire is defeated by the Jedi.
896 BBY
Yoda is born on an unknown planet. He is trained by Diana in the ways of the Force.
Diana leaves the Jedi temple to explore the galaxy, leaving behind a prophecy of a “Chosen One” who will bring balance. She manages to return to Themyscira whose shield are no longer active, only to find that the Amazon’s have been wiped out by an unknown assailant. She decides to stay and mourn her people and write about the Force at what she considers to be the “First Jedi Temple”
797 BBY
Yoda begins to train Jedi in the ways of the Force.
The Citadel is built to imprison rogue Jedi.
41 BBY
Anakin Skywalker is born to Shmi Skywalker through the Force. (half Force avatar)
32 BBY
Invasion of Naboo.
Battle of Naboo. Queen Amidala returns to Naboo and forms an alliance between the Naboo and Gungans. The Gungans engage the droid army while the Queen and her security force capture the leaders of the Trade Federation. Qui-Gon Jinn is killed by Darth Maul, who, in turn, is cut in half by Obi-Wan Kenobi but survives. Daultay Dofine is killed when the Droid Control Ship is destroyed by Anakin Skywalker.
Senator Sheev Palpatine is elected Supreme Chancellor of the Republic, replacing Finis Valorum.
The Jedi Council promotes Obi-Wan Kenobi to the rank of Jedi Knight and permits him to train Anakin Skywalker as a Jedi.
Events of Clone Wars - Galactic Civil War (episode 2- episide 6 including Rebels and Clone Wars)
(Diana starts being referred to as “the Jedi of Legend”. Few Jedi believe she exists and those that do think her some sort of goddess. Yoda has tried to find his old master from time to time, but hasn’t been successful. Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka learn more about the first Jedi (the Amazons) and Diana while on the Force Planet Mortis. With the death of the Son, Daughter, and Father, Diana became the last “Force avatar/god” alive, with Anakin being a demigod and “the Chosen One”).
Post-Galactic Civil War
28 ABY
Senator Leia Organa resigns from the Galactic Senate following revelations of her parentage.
Leia Organa forms the Resistance.
Unknown period of time between 28 ABY and 34 ABY
Destruction of Luke Skywalker's Jedi. Turning to the dark side of the Force, Ben Organa prevents his uncle Luke Skywalker's plan to resurrect the Jedi Order by massacring his students. He ultimately assumes the name Kylo Ren, master of the Knights of Ren and a First Order warlord.
Luke Skywalker goes into exile over Kylo Ren's fall to the dark side.
First Order–Resistance conflict
34 ABY
Attack on Tuanul. The village of Tuanul is sacked by the First Order, which had been pursuing a clue to the missing Jedi Master Luke Skywalker's location.
Escape from Jakku. Rey, a scavenger, Finn, a former stormtrooper of the First Order, and BB-8 escape from the planet of Jakku to evade the Order.
Skirmish aboard the Eravana.
Hosnian Cataclysm. The Hosnian system is targeted and destroyed by the First Order's superweapon, the Starkiller.
Battle on Takodana. The First Order sacks Maz Kanata's castle, searching for the Resistance astromech droid BB-8.
Assault on Starkiller Base. Resistance forces engage with the First Order at their stronghold, destroying the Starkiller superweapon
Han Solo is killed by Kylo Ren during the battle.
Rey and Chewbacca find Luke Skywalker and Diana of Jedi Legend on Ahch-To (called Themyscira by the original inhabitants), an uncharted planet in the Unknown Regions.
Themyscira/Ahch-To worldbuilding
Primarily ocean terrain with beautiful islands of rock and trees. The water and sky appear blue and the foliage primarily a beautiful green. There were beautiful gardens of both food and flowers and water falls off of some of the stone towers. Buildings were made out of the natural caves and grottos that formed on the planet. The original women who lived there used shell designs and curves to carve the rooms and furniture from stone - the buildings have a greco-roman feel to it. Though the buildings are mostly ruins now from the battle that wiped out the Amazons the architecture was beautiful and remains of the palace temple are where Luke and Diana made their home. There are many birds and other animal species on the world, including Convor birds.
The Amazons wore clothes made of leather and armour and had a greco-roman/samurai feel to it. The Amazons were accomplished artists and warriors, with a variety of weapons powered by Kyber crystals at their disposal. These women had some rather advanced technology hidden in their stone buildings and powerful power generators that kept their world hidden for centuries.
Jedi!Diana
Her lightsaber is gold with a dragon pattern on the hilt.
She also has the “Lasso of Hestia” that compels people to tell the truth when they touch it
Her gauntlets are able to deflect blaster fire like a lightsaber, as is her shield.
