VYASA~PUJA

Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
OM Sri Sai Ram
Established in this bent of mind (of seeing the Lord in all), the devotee becomes the devoted servant of all, with no sense of superiority or inferiority. This is a vital step (7), which presages great spiritual success. (8) This takes the seeker so near the Lord that one feels like the comrade and friend, the sharer of God's power and mercy, of God's triumphs and achievement, one becomes His sakha like Arjuna had become. (9) As can be inferred, this is the prelude to the final step of total surrender, or Atmanivedanam, yielding fully to the Will of the Lord which the seeker knows through one’s own purified intuition. You will note that the seventh step is dasyam (the servant stage). That is the stage of service, which every person calling oneself a social worker, or volunteer, or sevak has to reach. It is more fruitful than reciting the Name or counting beads, or spending hours in meditation, though one's service will be richer and more satisfying if done on the basis of spiritual discipline.
- Divine Discourse, Feb 19, 1970. Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

The Divine Presence of Golu Dolls at Your Home Brings You Prosperity
Bommai Golu or Kolu is a Tamizh word that refers to the practice of the display of dolls during the Navaratri festival. Contextually and symbolically it can also be understood to mean “Divine Presence.” Known as “Bommala Koluvu” in Telugu and “Bombe Habba” in Kannada, this practice is an old tradition that is fast losing its significance and there are few families that continue this tradition today. Often, this stems from a lack of knowledge with regard to the What, Why, and How of this tradition. during the first set of three days Para-shakti is worshipped as Durga, then as Lakshmi during the second set of three days, and as Saraswathi during the last set of three days. As the Lakshmi Ashtothram and Saraswathi Ashtothram state “Brahma-Vishnu-Sivathmikayai Namaha” it is the one Parashakti in different garbs functioning multi-variously. A pooja items shop in Singapore offers Golu related itineraries.
The Navaratri festival is observed twice a year – once in the month of “Mesha” or “Chaithra” when the Vasantha Rithu segues into the Grishma Rithu (roughly corresponding to the beginning of summer) and then again in the month of ‘Kanya” or “Aswayuja” when the Varsha Rithu segues into the Sharad Rithu (Autumn/Winter) – it is the latter that is more popular and when someone talks about the Navarathri festival, it is this Navarathri that they are referring to. The Golu is arranged on a “Golu-Padi” (Padi = steps). Usually, 9 steps are built but odd numbers of 3, 5, and 7 are also seen. However 9 is the ideal number. The nine steps could be taken to refer to the nine ways of worshipping Ambal – “swarnam, kirthanam, smaranam, paadasevanam, archanam, vandhanam, dasyam, sakyam, atmasevadhanam”
They are also representative of the Nava grahas, nine planets (nine planets as per the Hindu astrological almanac which includes the shadowy planets – Rahu and Kethu). From the bottom to the top the size of the steps progressively get shorter, with the topmost step being the shortest – symbolically telling us how we must keep narrowing our focus in order to progress in our sadhana. The arrangement of dolls should also follow the pattern of progressive complexity with the dolls of Shiva, Vishnu, Devi etc. occupying the topmost position, with the avatara-purushas and the Rishis occupying the next lower steps and so on.
The pride of place on the Golu-padi is reserved for the “Kalasham” or the “Kodam” because it is in the Kalasham that Ambal is invoked and it is in the Kalasham that she resides during Navaratri. Marapachi dolls made of red-sandal-wood or silk-cotton-wood or rose-wood are traditional dolls that are the first to go up onto the golu padi. They are the male-female”pair-dolls” and are handed down from mother to daughter. For, the nine days it is women who perform all the pujas. This does not stop the men from doing their share of pujas, it is just that during Navaratri women get the special preference and rights for doing the puja during Navaratri You can buy homam pooja packet items in Singapore from us.

Selecting costimulatory domains for chimeric antigen receptors: functional and clinical considerations.
Related Articles Selecting costimulatory domains for chimeric antigen receptors: functional and clinical considerations. Clin Transl Immunology. 2019;8(5):e1049 Authors: Weinkove R, George P, Dasyam N, McLellan AD Abstract Costimulatory signals are required to achieve robust chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell expansion, function, persistence and antitumor activity. These can be provided by incorporating intracellular signalling domains from one or more T cell costimulatory molecules, such as CD28 or 4-1BB, into the CAR. The selection and positioning of costimulatory domains within a CAR construct influence CAR T cell function and fate, and clinical experience of autologous anti-CD19 CAR T cell therapies suggests that costimulatory domains have differential impacts on CAR T cell kinetics, cytotoxic function and potentially safety profile. The clinical impacts of combining costimulatory domains and of alternative costimulatory domains are not yet clearly established, and may be construct- and disease-specific. The aim of this review is to summarise the function and effect of established and emerging costimulatory domains and their combinations within CAR T cells. 9 Paths to God
I was reading about Hinduism and discovered this list. It seems to flow from easiest to hardest.
1. Listening to the glories of God and His handiwork (Shravanam).
I think this path involves sitting in church and listening to the bible readings. I can’t relate much to this path because I don’t see much of God in the scriptures. I see a lot of death and destruction and that doesn’t feel like God to me.
2. Singing about the Lord and chanting His name (Kirtanam).
We sing hymns all the time. I can’t relate much to this path either because I don’t really like hymns or singing.
3. Contemplating on the Lord and revelling in His beauty, majesty, and compassion (Smaranam).
This is way closer to how I feel, and for me it ties in with #6. I see the beauty of God in so many things. I see his compassion in the way some humans and animals interact. The way they help each other with no benefit to themselves.
4. Worshipping the Lord by concentrating on honouring His feet or footprints (Padasevanam).
I don’t understand this one at all. It must be distinctly Hindu.
5. A regular pattern of systematic worship (Archanam).
This one, I think, is just going to church on a regular basis.
6. Reverence toward the Lord, seeing Him in all life and creation (Vandanam).
This one is close to me. I see the beauty of God in things like DNA, electricity, gravity, light, and everywhere in the world. Most of all I see him in life, living things - I see the breath he breathed into Adam in Genesis.
7. Becoming a devoted servant of the Lord by serving all without a feeling of inferiority or superiority (Dasyam).
This one is the closest to me. I love helping others and being there for people even if there is no reward and no clear benefit to me. The benefit is that it feels good. This is definitely the path to God I walk the most and it’s where I feel I belong. When I lose my way in life I can come back to this path feel like I have direction again.
8. Friendship with the Lord, a stage when the seeker feels so close to the Lord that one has the feeling that one is a confidant, companion, and sharer of God's power, glory, triumphs, and achievements (Sakhyam).
I love the sound of this. I feel like I’m halfway there. Sometimes I feel far from God but most of the time I feel like he’s right there. I want to work on this but I think this feeling will strengthen over time without me thinking too much about it.
9. Total surrender to the Divine Will of the Lord (Atma Nivedanam).
I’m not sure how I can achieve this. I’m thinking of “thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven” and “not my will, but yours be done” - but how? I think this is achieved at a more advanced stage of spirituality.

The Decorated Presence of Golu Dolls can Elevate Your Home

The Navaratri festival is observed twice a year – once in the month of “Mesha” or “Chaithra” when the Vasantha Rithu segues into the Grishma Rithu (roughly corresponding to the beginning of summer). Many people tend to buy online golu dolls in Singapore for Navarathiri.
Then again in the month of ‘Kanya” or “Aswayuja” when the Varsha Rithu segues into the Sharad Rithu (Autumn/Winter) – it is the latter that is more popular and when someone talks about the Navarathri festival, it is this Navarathri that they are referring to. The “junction-points” mentioned above – “Vasantha-Grishma” and “Varsha-Sharad” are important periods of climactic and solar influence. These are periods when even a little sadhana is done with sincerity goes a long way. During Navarathri we pray to the “Malai-Magal” (Daughter of the mountain, a reference to Parvathi who is the daughter of Himawan), Alai-Magal (Daughter of the waves, a reference to Lakshmi who emerged out of the ocean of milk), and “Kalai-Magal” (Daughter of supreme knowledge, a reference to Saraswati). The Navaratri festival begins on the Prathama tithi (first day) of Shukla Paksha (bright lunar fortnight) of Kanya Maasa.
Coming back to the festival, during the first set of three days Para-shakti is worshipped as Durga, then as Lakshmi during the second set of three days, and as Saraswathi during the last set of three days. As the Lakshmi Ashtothram and Saraswathi Ashtothram state “Brahma-Vishnu-Sivathmikayai Namaha,” it is the one Parashakti in different garbs functioning multi-variously.

These days Navarathiri golu dolls in Singapore has become world-famous due to its design.
