Dastardly December 2: The December Strikes Back

Nina is a haunted doll but also alive and just swaps between the doll and the body. Not immediately dastardly but she'll do it when people are talking to avoid listening which is very rude and sometimes she does it while she's flying her broom which is reckless endangerment.

Babbowla The Oracle is totally a real oracle with meaningful predictions like "You'll meet someone with an E in their name" or "Your true love is wearing brown shoes" which isn't something someone could just fake.

Tiel, an Oldworld android, was essentially a minion whose job it was to intimidate people. Tiel was discarded for more intimidating options and is now a bit lost.

Independent Prime Darby is a higher ranked Crotor Independent, basically a bureaucrat trying to keep things orderly. Personality wise he's like a vice principle aka the villain of a lot of teen stories.

You can't call Minister Palcely bull headed. That would be one too many horns ha ha ha! With his custom The Rhino living armor he can live up to being obstinate and unthinking but would still prefer to be called rhino headed.
