what i post: clexa. predominately. eliza/alycia. the occasional wonderwoman, natalie dormer/margaery tyrell because they’re loves of my life. some misc stuff, some other shows and people as well.

do i get asks regularly: aha no, but i’m not hugely vocal or create content on tumblr. i was away for months tho and i don’t think i lost followers so that’s a plus. loyal loves ♥

why my url: darling is in relation to natalie dormer and heda to lexa/clexa. my faves. i also just love the word darling

pokemon team: i had an oldish phone when go came out and it wouldn’t support the game and by the time i got a new phone it was basically over. so idk

fav colour/s: nature green, and flowers. but also blue and red, maroon and purple and the sky at dawn and dusk. colours are just so great in general. earthy colours. 

average hours of sleep: 7-9. i love sleep, dreams are bae

lucky number: if you go by numerology i think it’s 2, or 5, but yeaah idk

fav characters (not strictly tv/movie): clarke griffin, lexa, wonder woman/diana prince, margaery tyrell, king arthur (in general), morgana (from merlin), jamie moriarty, miranda lawson, cara mason, santiago (from the alchemist), alice (from wonderland), julia wicker, jiro horikoshi (from the wind rises), mustapha mond (brave new world), maeve millay. if i thought about it long enough there’d be a list, a relatively long one. some of these characters are favs because of my love for them, their characterisation, others because of their impression and the idea’s they represented. most are both. there’s probs way more but these were just first to mind

dream job: novel writing, if i was motivated enough. editing, maybe. management, probably. story consultant? is that a job?

favourite colour: aren’t we getting deep. gosh this is tough. i think i’d have to say green, nature green? it’s so calming. but i also like blue, and brown and i’m just thinking earthy feels now. but also black, and the reds, golds and pinks of sunsets. omg purple, silver. maroon. all colours. but mostly green and earthy colours

favourite tv show: as if i could choose just one. game of thrones, black mirror, penny dreadful, the newsroom, blacksails, outlander, orphan black. call back to charmed, buffy and psych. i’m probably forgetting heaps that have been over for awhile or aren’t on atm, but these were/are the shows i most enjoyed or looked forward to watching. t1OO used to be on here but. well.

first fandom: clexa and tbh it’s probs gonna be my only fandom i really blog, since that’s my blog mostly aha will never be over them. ever

hobbies: writing, reading, tv shows (though that’s taken a bit of a back burn atm), i dabble in drawing. i dont make music but i love it. sleeping. philosophising. is procrastination a hobby? i dont do it much because im saver but i do love shopping. gaming.

books i’m currently reading: anna karenina, heart of darkness, a clash of kings, war and peace. and by reading i mean i’ve started, and slowly...slowly going through them, some more quickly than others

favourite book: the alchemist - paulo coelho, brave new world - aldous huxley, cat’s cradle - kurt vonnegut, alice’s adventures in wonderland - lewis carroll, the great gatsby - f.scott fitzgerald. love em all for different reasons 

worst thing you’ve ever eaten/tasted: i’ve probably tasted worst things but recently @tinakris was all ‘vegemite and tim tams what’s that like’ and so i tried that and 6/10 do not recommend. tim tams and dips in general just No they’re perf on their own. vegemite and some dips though good times

favourite place: home. my room. warm under blankets. music drowning out the world. hugging my mum. a night out or night in with friends. laughing so hard air alludes my lungs and i cant think. on top of ledge watching life. any place where I feel that something almost magic
