Falls!Scar - Crow // SadTimesWithScarecrow

Ahhh, its my angry recluse mans.

I drew him shortly after Christmas while testing clipstudio paint, a software that the wonderful @kitsu-99 gifted me for chrysler. :] As always, All of my Fallsmits and Helsmits are WIP so their stories and designs might change.

I hope they don't mind being tagged, but I feel like I need to mention that I came up with Crow because when I saw @sweetest-honeybee's amazing Sever design, my brain immediately went ''hee hee its. its a Scar-crow. haha im so funny'' and then cue me being unable to get that name out of my head. (also check out Sever, he's their hels!Scar I believe.)

I won't go into his backstory too much because it's a little intense. But he was put through hell by some of the worst falls- and helsmits very early on, and thus has been living as a recluse in the woods of the Beneather (the land beneath the hermitcraft nether's void that most Falls!Hermits reside in.) He rarely visits the city and tries to avoid people, especially crowds and bigger groups.

That said, he doesn't just live in the forest peacefully all the time. He very much despises greed and hates rich people, so he often messes with the more wealthy folks if he can catch them on their own, or steals from them and gives what he finds to people that don't have as much.

Crow's hatred for greed, reclusive nature and dislike of just. people in general is quite the contrast from mr. capitalist she-sells-seashells man Scar, and Crow definitely dislikes him. But Scar lives in boatem, and trying to catch him without any other boatem members around to notice is generally more trouble than its worth.

Oh and! a funky little thing about Scarecrow is that, while he doesn't care collecting currency, there are things he collects! One of those collections is a disc collection, because music helps him deal with the silence of being alone all the time. He has an indoor garden where he grows as many different types of flowers as he can, because he needs them for dye and paint. He also has an arrow collection with arrows carrying different effects and stuff, and he really enjoys painting them. In general he likes to draw and paint - at least one thing him and Scar have in common.^^ But yeah, I'm v happy with his design, its really fun to draw! I really struggled to come up with lore for him but I like what I have now :]

It's Hels!Mumbo time!

Say hello to Hocus!

His name was initially Helter, but ive seen that around a lot already and while looking up mumbo jumbo in the google dictionary i came accross Hocus Pocus, which fits him a lot more so I went with that :D

All of my Hels- and Fallsmits (more on those when I get to them 👀) are still WIPs, as is the world and lore around them, so Hocus isn't the most developed, but I have had some ideas for an ability he could have.. and I also think he might sell potions. Particularly the offensive kind - strength, poison, fire res, harming.. that sort of stuff.

Hocus was the first Hels design doodleI made, so it's been a bit since this was drawn and I may need to rework some aspects of him but overall I quite like him :]

Oh also, he's the nether version of a farlander enderman hybrid, since my Mumbo is a regular farlander hybrid!
