According to the label I could easily have kept this Dark Horse Reserva Vintage 2014 from De Struise Brouwers in my cellar for 10 years, but I only made it to 2.5 years. Oh well, I’m glad I didn’t. 4 years in Bordeaux barrels certainly did give this beer stale woody tannins, but along side the tart basalmico character, the tart fruits were nice and fresh, just pluck albeit a little too early.
