There was an almost divisive silence between the group as they all took in the wisdom of the words.

Of course, they wanted to carry on, to help heal their Goddess and carry on despite the fresh wounds and new influx of information. Time, First, Legend and Wild all particularly wanted to carry on.

They also knew that they were all feeling tender-hearted and that this was challenging them in ways they had never been challenged before. It was clear from their worried and weary expressions that Hyrule, Warriors and Twilight were concerned about their friends.

Four, Sky and Wind seemed more neutral towards whichever choice would be made.

It was a difficult decision to make...

...And one that was taken out of all of their hands.

"He is right. I should not have pushed you all so quickly through those memories. You require rest."

They turned and the world around them faded into the long-familiar room with a freshly renewed door.

The Guardian stood between them and the next door, only this time she was in the form of a deer. Behind her, the door had the symbol of the Triforce along with a fairy and Hyrule's shield surrounded by the very faintest glimmers of light twirling around it.

It was obvious who was next, but when Hyrule moved towards it, the Guardian shook her head.

"Rest, young heroes. Speak to one another and rest. Process what you have seen first. Then you may continue if you wish." She bent towards Hyrule and nudged him affectionately. " If I may, I can send you back out into reality. She will not deteriorate nor recover while you are gone and she will remain sleeping, but it will give you all time to truly process without her overhearing you."

Hyrule looked over his shoulder at the others. "...I know you don't want to leave, but it'll give us time to eat and recover as well as telling Dark and Diety what's going on."

Sky nodded, his brows furrowing in concern. "I'm sure they're worried, especially since they don't even know what's going on."

Next to him, First especially seemed conflicted. On the one hand, he desperately wanted to help his dearest friend and he wanted to know why of all of them, his door was the one that she could barely even look at. Even the Guardian seemed uncomfortable around it.

But on the other hand, she would never forgive him or herself if her boys got hurt pushing themselves too far for her sake.

There was silence before Time sighed in resignation. "We'll put it to a vote. I take it our only options are rest here or rest in the real world?"

The Guardian nodded, standing firmly in the doorway. "Rest, then we will continue."

After a vote it was decided that they would take a break in their world. Both to inform Deity and Dark on the situation and to eat.

As soon as they returned they were bombarded with questions from Dark, “what happened? Where did you go? Was she there?! Is she ok?!”

After calming him down they began to explain everything, about her mental state and how they were watching through all of there memories. Dark flinched at that. There memories of him weren’t, well, good. He was so full of misguided anger and hatred. He fought them, hurt them and no matter how many times they tell him it’s in the past and that they forgive him, shame still persists.

Deity, on the other hand, has been silent in his seat. Just listening, seemingly calm. His face unreadable. He nods towards the end of the story, “so you must go back in.”

“Yes,” confirms Time, “but, we need a break to rest and eat.”

“I’m on it!” Wild rushes to the kitchen.
