unfortunate reality of web design is that dark theme isnt better than light themes and light themes arent better than dark themes theyre just different and neither are more accessible than the other
#for instance i hate dark themes because i cannot read light text on dark BGs well#but my husband prefers dark themes over light ones bc he finds dark themes easier to read#i know like no one cares abt themes but sometimes im just... all websites should have multiple themes#and have both dark and light options bc ppls needs are different...#dark themes are trendy rn but theyre not better. they dont even inherently look better#rot posts
