i think its fun how sometimes bioware will give you the option to put your LI on a throne of some kind but at the cost of altering your relationship with them and it becoming a mistress-like situationship. And how I will always choose the romance option over the throne. (hope this happens again in veilguard btw!)

but its also funny to think how differently my characters react to it. examples:

Plaio Lavellan, writing a several hundred page dissertation: and i know you would make a great Divine but truly I think Leliana is the best option. I adore Vivienne and trust her with my life but she would make things go back to exactly the way there were and what led up to the Mage-Templar war. And no offense ma vhenan but you're also... pretty traditionalist. And i love you for that! And the whole thing with the Seekers just happened and I know you want to rebuild them and I'll be honest, I don't trust anyone else to do that. Leliana would be good at uniting and welcoming all the people of Thedas and she wouldn't condemn those who believe in The Creators or the Stone or the Qun. And she would be the most likely candidate to stop another Exalted March from ever happening-

Lavellan: oh thank the fucking Creators

Cassandra: You and I wouldn't be able to marry if I became Divine. And everyone would always question if I got the position only because of my relationship with you.

Plaio: you wanna marry me?

Cassandra: You did just call me a traditionalist so I'm expecting a better proposal than that
