Laurence to losing his shit a little (a lot) when he finds out what happened because 1) dante you piece of shit 2) i can’t kill him because i’ll feel bad about it 3) dante why are you working with the guy who tortured me. i know he’s your brother but like shit dude.

he’s just seething like a pot of pasta with a lid on because murdering dante would make him feel worse but murdering dante would make him feel better

dante does a very good job of not letting them figure it out for a While. until hes like "hey i uh. i have something i need to tell you" because hes terrible at lying (hes very good at it but it makes him feel terrible if its anything bigger than like. lying about homework. which leads to him admitting to lying, usually very quickly)

dante at first doesnt admit that gene was the one who helped him, but laurance immediately guesses and dantes just "yeah. yeah it was him"
