am i crazy for thinking it should be a legal requirement for people selling arrangements with lilies to have a warning about their lethality to cats? they are one of the most common plants found in bouquets (unlike most other lethal plants like oleander and sago palm, which are usually found potted solo) and so many owners or well-meaning gift-givers are completely unaware of how a single lick of pollen is enough to kill a cat, meaning unlike other potential toxins they just get left as a table centerpiece. like sure, chocolate and grapes can kill your dog, but you are probably not intentionally leaving chocolate and grapes on surfaces your dog can reach (and they also don't shed particles). about 30% of american homes have cats in them, a percentage you can't really gloss over when it comes to precaution. if you work with florals please, please post visible warnings by your lilies, it will save kitty lives. 🙏

Just in case there was anyone out there feeling guilty thinking poolverine is toxic cause they may actually hate each other, let me put you at ease....

He knows about the player and refers to us as "Poppy's Angel" so I'm assuming that Catnap was the one who told him about us.

That also ties in with the fact that he probably doesn't want to kill us all that much. He had MANY chances but he still preferred to scare us away and even tell us to leave the playcare (his ONLY voiceline), and only after all that he tries to kill us at the end of the chapter. There's also the begging of the game but I think if he wanted us dead he would've done it himself (and not let all that meat waste in the trash compactor)

In conclusion he's still fucked up and all, but maybe not as much as you'd think (also considering he might have been a LITERAL CHILD when turned into catnap)

Okay so this is my rambling as far as we are aware someone or as I say catnap is obviously keeping dogday alive for a reason and some people might think like "oh he's torturing dog day or making an example of him" for the example part it it doesn't seem right cuz as far as we're aware noone knows dogday is alive everyone thinks that catnap is the last of the smiling critters and for the part that's like he's torturing him or something it just doesn't seem like something that catnap would really do he tends to just kill them and eat the 

so my assumption is like others again I've seen people talk about this before catnap probably has got an attachment to dogday as we see in the smiling critters cartoon he and dog day were best friends or possibly more but you know that's at theory for another day and catnap probably gets really lonely and he wants dogday to join the cult that he's in with a prototype but the prototype probably doesn't want dogday alive so catnap is keeping him alive in secret cuz again assumption everyone thinks all smiling critters are dead which probably includes the prototype so catnap is probably keeping dogday alive in secret to have actually someone to talk to or someone to relate to or just a friend.

And probably dogday is playing along but also you know has a burning hatred for catnap for killing everyone cuz as we see him talking he says "that thing.... catnap" so he probably does not like cat nap all that much which I wouldn't like him too I'd he killed everyone close to me

Also it's not confirmed that dogday died as far as we are aware he probably has still some consciousness or he might still be alive if smaller critters have done that before like when they were crawling inside him cuz  like in the cut scene he seems to know what is happening

But anywho that's my ramblings let me know what you think and hey that's just a theory A GAME THEORY
