Being in harmony with oneself. Being in harmony with the people around you. Allowing your emotions to come through. Addressing your emotions and trying to understand why they actually come. If you get angry, thats alright. Dont supress it. Allow yourself to express it. But at the same time try to understand why you're angry and if it is really necessary for you to be angry at the situation. Similarly work with all your emotions and really try to understand them. Not being receptive of your own self, could cause your harmony with anything to waver. And being in harmony with yourself only means understanding everything you do. Whether wrong or right, being aware that you are doing what you are doing. Not forcing yourself to supress your emotions and instead, working on them internally.
