Oh hey! Its GoldyJK reporting for duty… Just reclining on the couch watching a vintage Julia Roberts movie in my jammies with a face mask on. I made a wondy omelette w veggies including red onion, broccoli and spinach this morn. Feeling quite proud of myself, since I even used my French press and christened some beans I'd received from a student for Xmas. Wow alone time at home!

I’m feeling a bit emosh as well, but in a good way. My inner dancer spirit has been emerging. After the full day of Zumba on Friday, I woke up on Saturday with the desire to take modern class at Velocity! Wow traveling through space. I forgot about moving my torso in 3 directions!!!! It's hard for me to find my back space but I’m working on it. This morning I attended “timeless modern” taught by Shirley. This is absolutely my new fave class. There were about 10 students, all women above 45. Shirley played beaut music and the warm up was grounding and fun. She used wondy imagery and my eyes teared up during plies as I melted my sternum forward during contractions… It felt so pure and good to my spine. The final combo was real pretty and dancing felt so spesh to me. I hope to continue taking her class! Sundays at Velocity from 10:15-11:45 am!!! Come one, come all!

Well little Goldies, enjoy the rest of your Sunday! I hope the Seahawks win! Wow I’ve literally NEVER SAID THAT! Here’s to omelettes and dance class.
