YES HER NAME IS REI AND HE IS IN LOVE WITH HER. Daisuki really doesn't like Goro (he only hears about him never finds out his name or real identity) Cuz Genki (rei's ex bf) basically beats Rei up almost killing her and scared shitless calls his big brother Goro (that he has a human trafficiking business contract with) to take care of the mess. He takes Rei into his car trunk and then tortures her for "sorcerer research" in his totally not shady warehouse in the docks. Genki changes his mind, feeling bed somehow and taking Rei out of there by asking Goro politely to leave her. Rei gets out traumatized and thats finally when Daisuki starts his batman sigma arc of avenging his gf. Rei isn't happy about it cuz Daisuki killing Genki would mean killing rest of the cult (genki has a binding vow with them that empowers him when they get hurt and Rei still takes that cult as her family, Genki or not) Daisuki is conetnt with the fact Rei will probably hate him forever for doing it but he does it anyway, tracking down genki and killing the whole cult together with Genki. They dont talk for a long while, Rei almost killing herself several times but hanging on to her life cause of a pinky promise she made with Daisuki a long time ago. Eventually they meet again and Rei forgives him and they live happily ever after, having a kid together until the whole Shinjuku thing happens and Gojo dies. Since Gojo meant alot ot Daisuki he has to take hit for the team, so he goes to shinjuku fighting Sukuna but gets turned into red mist during domain clash with weakened Sukuna. So in the end, Daisuki is the one that broke the pinky promise of not dying. Rei leaves Tokyo and lives in the outskirts Japan with her son Betsu Zenin. Rei keeps the name Zenin.

I commissioned currytantou to translate momochi’s daisuki cd! I've decided to just summarize it! also please consider commissioning them if you also want a jpn -> eng translation!

The cd starts off with momochi being woken up to the sound of an alarm at 8am. He complains about being woken up so early when his photoshoot isn’t until later in the day. He finds out that it was his gf who set the alarm and gets irritated. He then takes a shower and complains that the towel he used to dry himself was stiff and calls out to his gf, except she doesn’t hear him because she was making him breakfast. He says he isn’t hungry and is about to leave and does his usual spiel (“stay home and behave”) but then he notices someone outside the window and is surprised considering they live on the 13th floor. Turns out construction work is being done on the outer wall of the apartment. He then decides his gf should come with him to the photoshoot because he doesn’t want her “making eyes” at the workers while he’s gone. 

Right as he’s complaining about how packed the train they were now was and how he wants to rest and smoke, he gets a call that the photoshoot is going to be pushed back because the cameraman is busy. He decides to go to a cafe to rest and kill time, only to be disappointed when he learns there is a smoking prohibition on the weekends. He starts complaining again and wonders if he should just call in sick and go home since he really doesn’t care about the photoshoot even if the cameraman is renowned. His gf tries to convince him to go and at first he tells her to keep her unnecessary comments to herself since it’s his job but then he decides that he will go if she really wants him too but only if she does something to lift his spirits. 

As he kisses her, he tells her to not make any noise unless she wants someone to catch them, since they were in the men’s bathroom. He tells her to stop complaining since this was the only area where they wouldn’t get attention and that he made sure the bathroom was clean. He goes on to ask if she would prefer if he was doing this to her in public, although he hates that kind of thing. He adds that her opinion doesn’t matter and that she should focus on improving his mood. He keeps kissing her and the cd ends with him teasingly asking her if she was going to keep him company until he was satisfied.

Shu Yi shouted 「大大大大好き。世界で一番大好き。」 (dai dai dai daisuki. sekai de ichi ban daisuki.) which translate to ‘i love you’ 'i love you the most in the world’ he mcfckn confessed his love by shouting「大好き」 (daisuki) at the top of his lung for the world to hear

ik im making a big fuss about 「大好き」  but the thing is… 「大好き」 is quite a serious confession of love. you see, in japanese, they usually say 「好き」 (suki) which translates to 'like/love’. ive heard people it used a LOT… to talk about their gf/bf as well as their favorite things. the simple  「好き」 already implies romantic interest when used for people and it’s more than enough to use when confessing love. 「大好き」, on the other hand, is not as used often, especially not so early in a relationship. it translates to 'big like/love, great love’ and it’s the 'casual’ way of saying 'i love you’ ive never heard anyone use it in real life to talk about anything other than their favorite things (game, food, anime). if they ever use it with the people they love, it’s probably done in private and probably only used by committed partners that are very close and have been together for a while. 「大好き」 is THAT serious. and yet… here is Shu Yi, shouting 「大好き」at the top of his motherfckn lungs for everyone to hear until he’s fckn crying and shaking. when i first saw the scene, i was like 'might as well ask Shi De to marry you’, which is a bit of an exaggeration on my part but that’s what i felt lol

on another note… Shu Yi also wrote Shi De’s name repeatedly and wrote  「好き」and  「大好き」and 「なんで…」 (nande) which means ‘why’

the other declarations of love in the japanese language are

「愛している」  (aishiteiru) 

which is kinda on a whole other level entirely. it translates to 'i love you’. married couples rarely say it to each other. family members don’t even say it to each other. 「愛している」from what i understand, is super intimate and super duper profund and used when the words are meant to be felt, not just spoken. ive seen it used in anime & movies extremely rarely and only in a very private setting.

「恋している」  (koishiteiru)

is strictly romantic in nature and it has even MORE gravity. it translates to 'im in love’ and from my understanding, saying 「恋している」is basically saying you want to spend the rest of eternity with them or sth equally dramatic. i legit never heard it being said anywhere, not even in anime.

for spanish speakers, think of it on the scale of ‘te quiero’ to ‘te amo’ also, disclaimer! im not japanese, im also not that fluent in it but ive been living in japan for quite a while now and consumed japanese media for even longer. i think ive come to understand the different connotations between 「好き」, 「大好き」, 「愛している」 and 「恋している」 the interpretations of these phrases are largely influenced by my own value and understanding of the japanese language. if there are native speakers, or just people who speak japanese, and see something wrong with what i wrote, please tell me!! im always happy to learn more!

Rage? Smiler swings his axe according to the beat. Also his voice is louder because he's fucking pissed lol

Incident has laughter as part of the chord progression in certain bits of the song because it's kinda creepy to me lol and also glitching in certain parts of the song

Redemption is already perfect on it's own, no need for aesthetic other than expressive sprites

Pteromerhanophobia? There's raining as chord progression and heavier rain plus oil dripping in the ending piece where Stairway is fucking flying. Get it? Oil dripping? Because. Because it. It makes you fly. In the rain. Like oil on water. Get it? Am i funny?

Paedophobia has children's laughter in certain parts of the song because. It's named after the fear of children. Also probably JJ being crazy obsessed with "keeping kids safe from the evil" hearing their laughter in his head

Technophobia has static and glitching aaaand the same laughter from Incident in the track! Nostalgic! Speaking of nostalgia...

Glossophobia has people clapping and cheering in the part where the whole place becomes static and the two are silhouettes. Also faint giggles from his deceased beloved, the same girl he lost to his own selfish acts. Her giggles are heard in the very end of the song, plus him faintly sobbing because heehoo funi sad stuff

Dystichiphobia has body horror sounds as part of the song whenever Derpy transforms! Bones breaking and twisting! Skin ripping and tearing! Flesh shifting and shuffling! Gross noises like clicks and growls and gurgles and choking! Lovely lovely sunshine and happy! :D

Thanatophobia has Trollge Gf's giggles and chuckles throughout the song, to accompany Legion's y'know? (yes some of them are very flirty i am a simple creature leave me alone hhhh)

Thats his ex girlfriend Miruko. She played big role in his character development when younger. He killed her out of jealousy and regrets it. He deemed himself unlovable after that.

i needs to know daisuki’s entire lore..👽👽

Well he was born in zenin clan, obviously strict family so before he joined jjt he was real well behaved. He wasn’t happy about that. Then he met his girlfriend as a first year. She was very rebelious sorcerer student, special in every way from others. (Liked to dress punk, liked western music and media in general, used english slangs and watched western movies) so daisuki immediately fell in love with her wild spirit. They started dating and everything was well, daisuki became more delinquent, started getting piercings and dress like some punk cowboy, cut his hair into short wolf cut he has now. He basically based his personality on her and she taught him how to. Later he’d start breaking out of the house at late hours and breaking rules more, his family really disliked his girlfriend and since the zenins are kind of insane, his parents pretty much did everything they can to break them up. Eventually she did, thinking they are not meant to be and Daisuki didn’t take that well. It was around third year in jjt that they broke up and month later, during his depression phase Daisuki got talking w Gojo which quite helped him cuz Gojo in fourth year was already without Geto. Later Daisuki saw his ex gf with some guy, her new bf. Anger and jealousy got better of him, challenging the guy to fight (a non sorcerer) ofc his ex defended his new gf so instead daisuki and her fought. Daisuki invetably winning by shooting her right through the heart. (Powered up hollow point with cursed energy pretty much made a hole in her, it wasn’t survivable injury for sorcerer on her level) she fell to the ground and soon Daisuki regreted his choice pretty much loosing his mind at that place, coping that if he couldnt have her no one could but he still had that empathy for someone he loved unconditionally and murdered. Thats where he also discovered his passive Cursed Energy power up from shooting hearts. Before that point he was only shooting curses, sometimes through heart that gave him little to no bonuses, but killing a sorcerer made him strong enough to use his technique “divine weapon exchange” (turning his 2 desert eagles into the metalic wings) due to his base CE being low this was a significant update but at the cost of his lover’s life that he took in jealous rage. 💔

Then as years went on he graduated jjt and just kinda wandered around. Doing side hussles for money, though eventually came back to be a teacher for jjt students. Not as full time but getting to throw kids at danger and then just watch to call it teaching sounded appealing to him. Also its fun to round up buildings as an excuse of “oh well there were curses”. (He had lots of fun on the demon parade in kyoto)

Yeah! They became good friends in jjt. After geto left Gojo it kinda helped him out. Also Daisuki that was getting over loss of his gf later. They both doomed oomfies.
