48 years old, Chinese cuisine chef Bill. Wears his blue hat sideways, makes the cheesiest sexual jokes, talks with the funniest accent, and moves with such cheeky corniness.

So far has been the hardest working man I’ve ever fucking worked with.

I make so much fun of him and fun of things with him and he does the same to me.

But I respect him so fucking much because he does the work behind closed doors, not for flattery, or money, or to show off. But to really fucking do the work, and do his job properly.

I’m amazed by this guy, because even during break times, he doesn’t stop.

He sets a great example.

How you do the small things is how you do all things.

I must try to learn why he works so hard, when there is nothing to it for him.
