a real quick list of tg au ideas for my kids so that i don’t forget tomorrow!!

jihoon helps run a bar/restaurant for ghouls!! and humans ofc. maybe?? has “vip” rooms that are really just there so ghouls and their family/friends can eat in peace and without worry. the bar is owned by his boss lady turned aunt figure after his own parents were murdered -- one by a ccg investigator, the other by a fellow ghoul

jinho’s parents are maybe big time ccg investigators or investors?? really big on eradicating ghouls, and she didn’t see anything wrong with that until discovering a close friend of hers is in fact a ghoul!! that paired with her parents’ scandalous lifestyle causes her to leave home and maybe? ends up helping ghouls out somehow. possibly finds work at jihoon’s bar

OR jinho’s parents are ghouls who somehow managed to become big hotshots like they did in her main verse, and as jinho doesn’t know how she would ever fend for herself without their support, she’s trapped doing exactly what they say and dying inside : ))) jinyeong may be?? half ghoul since her mom had an affair with a human??

gwangmin and nari big time friendship like in their main verses except gwangmin is a ghoul, nari’s dad works with the ccg, and it’s just a world of pain for both of them

danbi and donghae my precious twins!! in this au they’re alive and ghouls who see life differently. danbi is very much jaded like she would be in her ghost verse, seeing things the way they are and as never getting any better, whereas donghae is still hopeful and naive. he believes there HAS to be a way to work things out between ghouls and humans. parents run the vet clinic together, tho, and likely visit jihoon’s bar regularly

soojin and daehyun!! both ccg investigators at one point -- partners :’ )) but their feelings are starkly different towards ghouls bc of their experiences. soojin fell for a ghoul ( and... he died ), so she’s realized they’re just people with a diet they can’t help. daehyun’s wife was killed by a ghoul, so he’s all for getting rid of them. however!! he’s a soft babe so i can see him being swayed 

jiyoon is so soft y’all..... he’s probably a human that gets caught up in ghoul business by mistake and is scarred for life : (( but i’ll think of something more concrete for him at a later date!

Harry Potter B.A.P AU

Ravenclaw Himchan

- half blood, graduated 2008

- works at Flourish & Blotts and loves every moment of it

- excelled back in his Hogwarts days in Transfiguration and Astronomy, both of which he still actively practices each day

- it helps he works at the bookstore, so he’s always getting his hands on the first new copies of textbooks or information that pertains to his interests

- drops in frequently at the Three Broomsticks purely to hang out with Yongguk and bother him

- rents a flat over the bookstore that took ages to swindle the owners into allowing (he basically told them he would be the best defense against people wanting to get at the books and he’s super quiet and tidy)

- never quite understood the interest Yongguk had in muggles

- not that he dislikes them or anything, his father was one, but the fascination of the pureblood towards all the things muggles do and are interested in was beyond him

- Yongguk likes to remind his friend that he grew up in that lifestyle, of course he didn’t understand Yongguk’s interest

- either way, he enjoys chatting with all the customers that come into Flourish & Blotts and draws in so many that the owners are more than happy to have a worker like him

- when Himchan thinks back to his Hogwarts days, he’s not usually reminded of anything great

- he was a bit of an outcast in his own house, not because he was great at all things, but that he held this great love for sneaking out onto the roof of the tower

- he’d lay there often with a book and map the stars and their movement, occasionally scribbling down what he thought was nonsense about the astrological meanings for the signs (something his mother used to read to him whenever she got the paper)

- Himchan never thought that astrology or predictive magic were folly or ludicrous (Trelawney and Divination were actually another one of his best classes)

- they were just another form of magic that was more attainable and interesting to muggles (one of the few times he would agree with Yongguk that muggles had some interests that tied with the wizards around them)

- either way, he spent most of him time up there, occasionally allowing himself to come down from his figurative stars and interact with the students around him

- while he had friends, who he still hangs out with, he never really was huge in schol (compared to Daehyun and Youngjae, who seemed to float around the place like the ghosts that abide there)

- with that being said, he has never really had much of an interest in having a relationship or connecting with others on a deeper level than friendship

- that changes after a visit home though, brought on by his father’s birthday, which his mother insisted he come to

- even though he’s never quite gotten along with the extended family on his father’s side, Himchan agrees, not wanting to miss a single moment with his parents and needing a break from being surrounded by books and wizards

- it’s during the party that he finds himself propped in the kitchen, chatting with a couple of his cousins who want to know what he’s been up to and if he’s had the chance to find a significant other (mainly due to them all bringing theirs along)

- he’s mid conversation on how he’s not really had the time to get invested in someone like that that you wander into the kitchen, juggling a rather large cake and some grocery bags

- Himchan can pretty much see that you’re about to drop the cake and finds himself by your side in a blink of an eye, taking the large confectionery from you and placing it on the counter top

- you huff, thanking him as you set down the bags full of ice cream and other birthday necessities, rubbing your wrists in order to get rid of the red marks

- he’s tongue tied (for the first time in his life) as he stares, unsure of who you were or how you had gotten here (he can’t seem to remember his parents saying anyone outside of family was coming)

- just as he’s about to ask your name, you beam at him and there’s this little crinkle to your forehead and Himchan is certain he remembers that small scar through your eyebrow from somewhere

- ‘well jeez, Channie, I would think you’d remember your best friend. I didn’t realize boarding school and your job were draining your memory’

- your teasing comment and the childhood nickname has flashes of playing in the backyard, sleepovers under his sheets and telling each other scary stories, and a slightly awkward first kiss coming back to him

- as soon as it clicks, his whole demeanor changes, arms thrown around you as he spins you around and cheers (now he remembers the whole reason you have that scar through your left eyebrow: he gave it to you when he pushed you off the slide in elementary school)

- after setting you down, he grasps onto your forearms (you returning the action) and demanding to know what you’ve been up to

- his cousins all share a look that says more than either of you are, but they decide to keep it to themselves

- the rest of the party is spent with you and Himchan catching up, his laughter a blessing to your ears and your smile causing his heart to ache with a want he’s never felt before (not even when he was desperately trying to reach the stars)

- as everyone leaves, he drags you up to his room and sits you down, causing you to laugh as you state he’s acting like he’s back in middle school (you don’t make it obvious that you missed having him there during those formative years)

- his mother and father don’t say anything when they pass his room later that night and hear you two still talking (you both end up falling asleep on his bed because you spoke until the night became the next day)

- though he has to return to his flat and job, he promises to visit more often and that the two of you can catch up for all the years missed

- somewhere along the lines of this “catching up”, Himchan starts to notice you in a different light

- he starts recognizing the way he thinks of you all the time, or how he can’t wait until you two hang out, or how his heart yearns for you whenever you two aren’t together

- at one point, he turns to Yongguk for some help because he doesn’t exactly know what this mean even though he’s still doing the whole astrology thing and technically both of your signs say that love is an impending event

- Yongguk basically has to spell it out for Himchan that he’s in love with you (and that he should make a move before he loses the chance to be with you entirely)

- so the next time you both go out for a “friend date”, Himchan decides to take the leap and ask if you’re interested in him in a way that wasn’t just friendship

- of course, your face is tomato red as you mumble that he still was blunt when it came to his feelings (but yes, you like him more than just a friend)

- and from there it’s fairly natural, the transition from friends to partners (though the whole ‘i’m a wizard’ hurdle scared Himchan for a while and it was only you telling him that you knew this already that made it easier)

- there’s other struggles and issues and things of that sort (especially when it comes to him wanting you to move in and then having to fight with the council about why he was not about to give up either you or his home in the wizarding world just because you were not a wizard yourself)

- it all works out in the end though, and while there are small bumps along the way and the whole thing of you going to work in the muggle world and then back and forth, it’s still better than anything Himchan could have ever imagined

- (and the aching in his heart to reach the stars? one look at you and he realizes that he’s already done just that)

Part 3 - Daehyun – Drug dealer

General description:

One of the more dangerous jobs in the mafia is drug trafficking. The streets don`t forgive mistakes. But then again Daehyun isnt just any dealer. Try anything funny and you won`t be living long enough to see the sun rise. Whether you`re looking for a quick fix or a bigger deal, Daehyun is the go to person. He is often descriped as cold and stoic. He appears, does the deal and dissapears in less than a few minutes, earning him his streetname «Ghost». Which is also the only information the police has, along with the knowledge that he rules the drug business in the whole city.

 Meeting you:

These things didn`t make your job any easier. As the agent in charge of catching criminals like him you had to deal with finding a track just to be dissapointed when you arrive at the location and he is already gone, again. This evening however you get an anonymous message containing the exact time and location for another deal he is to make. Deciding that waiting for the rest of your team, which had already left for the day, would take too long you take matters into your own hands. You send out a message to your team and drive ahead to make sure you catch him this time. Upon arriving you sneak into the wearhouse and position yourself behind a container, gun in your hand. The moment he turned around and was vulnerable you were a few feet behind him weapon pointed at him.

How he finds an interest in you:

He`d be impressed that you had managed to find him, let alone sneak up to him without him noticing. However neither the weapon in his face nor your demands of putting his hands behind his head and kneeling on the ground would phase him. In a matter of seconds he would have you pinned to the side of a container, your weapon laying a few meters away on the ground, leaving you speech and breathless by his quick movements. Several seconds pass without any of you saying anything, the only thing breaking the silence would be the sirens in the distance, noticeably drawing closer. A smile would play on his lips as he whispers his goodbyes and a promise that he will be seeing you again before he is gone again. Just like a ghost.

Heads up: This is going to be long, and it’s just the basic intro into this au. I’m going to post different parts for each member and I’ll put the link here at the top

okay guys, gals, and non-binary pals! ((shout out to Thomas Sanders for creating that phrase = v = ))

prepare to buckle up cause this is going to be a bumpy ride~

let’s start off with you, y/n

you’re moving to a new town. You wanted a change of scenery after breaking off your engagement

it wasn’t on bad terms, you both just wanted different things

you wanted to travel and chase your dreams, they had no interest in travel and wanted to stay in your little hometown

you were on your way to your new home when you got lost along the way

the map says to go straight but there are two roads, one looks like it leads to a highway and the other is a mountain road

guess which one you pick

you end up in front of this really cool looking spirit world entrance

there’s a large two faced statue in front of the gate

it’s kind of creepy but whatever

you grab your camera from inside your duffel bag and decide to explore because yolo

this is how horror movies start

the entrance takes you through what looks like an abandoned train station

you mean to look for help but you get distracted the beautiful scenery on the other side

you spend the entire afternoon there taking pictures and just relaxing

you declare it ‘y/n’s healing time’ lol you dork

after a bit of wandering you find yourself in front of an enormous bathhouse

you back up a bit and try to take a good picture, but there’s just so much stuff

and it’s hard to get a good angle

also..is that smoke coming from the chimmney..?

and you could have sworn you saw something move on one of the balconies  

but...that can’t be

this place is a ghost town, who would come all the way out here just for a bath?

you don’t realize how much time has gone by when suddenly there’s a man in front of you dressed in old style clothing

and I’m not talking old like bell-bottoms and suede jackets, I’m talking OLD like Scarlet Heart: Ryeo or Hwarang old

he looks very intimidating and he’s got intense eyes

at first you’re like ‘wtf dude thanks for giving me a heart attack’

but then you question why he’s here and ask him about the bathhouse

he ignores your questions and tells you to leave

you: excuse me. rude much

he grabs you by the arm and tries to take you back but by the time you get to the edge of town it’s too late

the sun has set and the river is too large to cross

you start to panic. like what the heck is going on??!?

the man beside you tries to calm you down but you kind of back away from him because 1) he’s a total stranger and 2) you’re scared af

he reaches out to you and you go to slap it away when youR HAND GOES THROUGH HIS AND YOU’RE FADING AWAY??!?!? WHAT?!?!!

you swear you’re going to pass out when the stranger sHOVES SOMETHING INTO YOUR MOUTH

EXCUSE ME

you’re so surprised you accidentally swallow whatever it is and have another freak out because what if you just swallowed poison

the man seems to read your thoughts because he tells you that his name is yongguk and he’s only trying to help you. you need to eat food from this world so that you don’t fade away

he grabs your hand and gently leads you away before the two of you are spotted by anyone

as you’re walking he explains the situation. the gate you entered through was an entrance to the spirit world and because the gate doesn’t open all the time you were going to be stuck here for an unknown amount of time

he manages to sneak you back to the bathhouse without incident. everyone is too intimidated by yongguk to question why he’s with a human

although you did see an interesting creature/spirit/whatever on the bridge

they were dressed in all black and had a mask covering their face ((jongup as no face)), and although you couldn’t see their eyes you felt them following you until you and yongguk disappeared into the back

so yongguk takes you to the back of the building and tells you to go all the way down the rickety and unstable af stairway.

he places his hand on your head and suddenly you’re seeing all these images and you immediately know where to go

he says you need to go to daehyun and youngjae, the Boiler Men, and ask for work

after a terrifying slide down the stairs you manage to find daehyun and youngjae and hot damn why didn’t yongguk tell you they’d be this handsome?

when yongguk said ‘boiler men’ you expected middle aged men, covered in soot, with missing teeth. not guys who look like they could be in fashion magazines

anyways

youngjae tells you that they have enough help and they don’t need anyone else. that’s when daehyun turns around and tells youngjae they shouldn’t refuse such a beautiful person

youngjae calls him a flirt and tells you to find yubaba and beg her for work

a wild zelo appears!

zelo came in to give daejae their dinner when he spots you!

at first he’s like “!!!”

and he nearly drops the food

but luckily youngjae catches the tray and smacks zelo upside the head

youngjae tells zelo to calm down and take you to see yubaba so you can get a contract

but poor zelo is just so excited to see another human!!!

daehyun grabs his bowl from the tray and starts eating

zelo tells youngjae he doesn’t want to bring you up to see yubaba because she’s scary

youngjae bribes zelo with fresh cherry tomatoes

you swear zelos eyes got bigger when he saw them

“hyung where did you get these?!”

“it’s a secret” :3

zelo: D:

in the end zelo takes you up the elevator and protects you from the other guests/workers by shielding you with his tallness

it works up until you have to transfer elevators because this one doesn’t go to the top floor

one of zelos superiors corners him and demands he get back to work

“zelo where have you been?! You’ve got a customer in Room 3, and Room 8 needs to be cleaned before--”

he gives you a sad look and tells you to take the elevator across the hall all the way to the top floor

you make it all the way to the top and are about to knock on the door when they suddenly burst open

you feel yourself get pulled in by an unknown force and are thrown onto the floor in front of a scary looking old lady

she’s as wrinkled as a raisin and looks like she’s never laughed a day in her life

you immediately bow and ask for a job. she refuses, but you keep insisting, telling her you won’t leave her office until she gives you a job

she starts to get mad and threatens to make you work as a prostitute

that’s when himchan enters the room

he sees you and asks his mother, yubaba, what’s going on. himchan is yubaba’s one and only son. her most precious thing, besides money.

yubaba tells him you’re just a beggar looking for a job. himchan reminds yubaba about her oath to give work to anyone who asks.

“you’re too smart for your own good”

“love you too, mom”

yubaba reluctantly hands you a contract and tells you to sign it. She also gives you a new name, nugu. she tells you to remember that and only respond to nugu

“what’s your name, girl?”

“y---nugu, miss...”

“good girl”

yubaba calls yongguk in and tells him to get you settled in. he escorts you to the elevator and the two of you ride in silence. you thank him for all the help, but he remains silent.

when the other workers see you they all immediately refuse to work with yet another human. it’s bad enough they have to work with zelo

yongguk just stares at the foreman until he gives in ((lol yongguk used ‘Imtimidate’ It’s super effective!))

you reunite with zelo who is strangely silent. it’s only after the two of you reach the maid’s quarters that he lets loose

he starts jumping around excitedly. he’s very happy to have another human around in case you couldn’t tell

he puts his arm around you and tells you”oppa will take care of you”

B.A.P Le Noir AU (Himchan) Ch. 15 An Old Friend

WOOOOW I’m such a butt for not posting for so long TT0TT My apologies. I am a slug/sloth hybrid who can’t get her poop together. My deepest apologies for the delay the Le Noir series and the request. I promise I am working on them and will not stop till I finish them like I promised. But for now! Tadah another double chapter post cause I felt bad for not posting for so long. Imma pop in like a ghost, drop these off, disappear, then reappear again haha

“Y/N! Here is another bunch!” One of your younger girls giggled as she scurried towards you, a bouquet of roses in her small arms. You playfully scoffed as you took the tuft of flowers from her grasp and held them close to your chest. Dark red roses. Classy.

“Well doesn’t someone look happy,” Ralphie smirked as he eyed the flowers in your hand and noted the bright grin on your lips. “Secret admirer?”

“A not so secret admirer.” The younger giggled, her cheeks lightly dusted with pink. You playfully rolled your eyes as you gently pinched her nose.

“Being nosy can be dangerous you know.” You chuckled as you placed the roses in your already overstuffed vase from the previous bouquets.

“How ironic that you’d be the one saying that.” You jumped as you suddenly felt warm breath whisp past your cheek, nearly smacking the person behind you with the roses.

“Are you trying to kill me?” You let out a huff of breath as your heart steadied from the surprise.

“Never. I’d rather do other things to you.” Himchan smirked as he rested his hand on the back counter top, leaning closer to you.

“Oh really? Do elaborate?” A sly grin painted your red violet lips as you played with the collar of his shirt.

“Ah-didn’t you say being nosy can be dangerous?” He grinned, staring into your bright eyes.

“I’m assuming this is Mr. Secret Admirer?” Ralphie chuckled, sipping on his glass of brandy. “You’re a lucky man. Don’t f**k it up.”

“I wouldn’t dare.” Himchan grinned before glancing down at you and raising an eyebrow. Ralphie let out a playful huff of air, deciding it was best to leave the two lovebirds alone for a bit.

“So where are the rest of your boys?” You gently pushed him away with tip of your finger so you could return to work.

“Off on business.” Himchan smirked, grabbing a nearby glass and began wiping it down with one of the clean rags that lied about. You let out a small snort at Himchan’s words. Business.

“Has this business got anything to do with the INF?” You eyed Himchan as you flipped through your financial records.

“You can say that it’s something of the sorts.” Himchan lightly tapped the space between your brows to remove wrinkles that were beginning to form from your speculation.

Himchan had promised that he wouldn’t keep you out of the loop. At the same token, however, he didn’t think that you needed to be too involved in him and the boys’ little scheme. Small hints and suggestions. If you asked for more intel then he would oblige and answer any question. But if you didn’t, why offer more information than he needed to? The little plot to grab the INF’s attention. It was a risk, but it was a guarantee to make some ruckus. Rattle the golden birdcage. Plus it was a huge payout for the boys. Four of the storage units on the list found at the Emperor Dragons’s hideout cleaned out. Guns. Drugs. Counterfeit money. Everything that made a criminal drool with envy. Everything he wanted to keep from you. He wanted you to stay in your paradise, in Le Noir, but he knew he couldn’t. You wouldn’t let him.

“Hmmmm….” You hummed, slightly miffed that he was purposely avoiding giving you an answer. You understood that at the end of the day Himchan’s actions were usually for your own benefit. Your own safety. You appreciated it, but it didn’t mean you had to like it. You were never one to be the damsel in distress, the princess in the castle.

“Let’s not talk about work,” Himchan playfully took the paperwork from your grasp and placed it aside, causing you to place your hands on your hips and cock an eyebrow. “I missed seeing your beautiful face.”

“Well you’ve been busy doing ‘business,’” You smirked. “And I’ve also been very busy myself. Money to sort, liquor to order, men to seduce.” You waved your hand nonchalantly, knowing that Himchan would get riled up by the teasing.

“Oh really now?” Himchan let out a low playful growl. “We’ve only been together a few months and you’ve already cheated on me?”

“Oh sorry, did I hurt your man pride?” You chuckled. “If it makes you feel any better I didn’t sleep with any of them.”

You felt Himchan’s arm snake around your waist and pulled you close against his body. He leaned in closer, his lips a mere centimeters from your ear. “Keep talking, Adenium, cause after I’m done with you, you probably won’t be able to walk or talk for weeks.”

A devilish grin pulled at the corner of your mouth as you turned your head slightly in order to whisper in his ear. “Bring it.” You voice a wisp of seduction in his ear.

How he wanted to just pull you off to the backroom of Le Noir and have his way with you. Roam his hands all over your body, feeling your shallow breath tickle his skin, seeing you unwind underneath his touch. That sly smirk of yours turning into expressions of ecstasy and pleasure. God, how could you be so close yet so far. He felt like a horny teenage boy. Most of the time his urges would be quickly quenched with the vast of supply of women he could get his hands on, but with you...The two of you had barely even kissed let alone gone any further and by God did he want to go further. He wanted to be yours and you his. He wanted to know that this wasn’t a fleeting dream. That the happiness was true and genuine that maybe. Just maybe he could have-

“Himchan-hyung! So this is where you were!” Himchan cursed under his breath at the sound of Zelo’s voice. Zelo flashed the two of you a playful smirk as he and the rest of the boys entered the club. Himchan loved his team. He just hated their timing.

Yongguk flashed the two of you an apologetic smile, causing you to let out a small chuckle as Himchan sighed. “What are you guys doing here? I thought I told you guys we had work to do.”

“And you said that you were off getting information. Looks like you were getting more than that.” Zelo snickered, causing the elder to flick the giant tease on the forehead.

“He’s not getting anything yet. I’m not that easy.” You smirked eyeing Himchan, who raised an eyebrow at you. Challenge accepted.

“What’s up with him?” Himchan furrowed his eyebrows and nodded towards the direction of Daehyun who sat at the bar looking dazed. A dumb grin on his face.

“He’s going to get to meet a veeeery special person very soon hence the dopey grin glued to his face.” Youngjae snickered as he nonchalantly began throwing darts at the dartboard.

“Oh! Is this the real princess that you adore so much?” A playful grin spread across your lips as you poked Daehyun’s cheek. He was too far into lala land to even notice. “Haha, I guess it is.”

“Princess?” Himchan raised an eyebrow then looked at you for answers. “You seem to know a lot about Daehyun’s personal matters.”

“I’m a woman with many secrets,” You smirked. “How else do you think I keep my business running?”

“Through your charming personality and good-looks.” Himchan scoffed, playfully rolling his eyes.

“Sarcasm doesn’t look pretty on you, Himchan. It looks better on me.” Himchan snickered at your words.

“Anything looks beautiful on me, Adenium,” You let out a snort at Himchan’s confidence before going back to your work, snatching the files that Himchan had taken away from you. “I’m really hurt, Adenium. I came all this way to visit you and you’re more interested in paperwork.”

“Well then what do you suppose I do?” You turned to face Himchan who still had that cocky smirk on his face, a hint of devilishness in his eyes.

“Let's get out of here.” He grinned, snatching the stack of papers from you again.

“Original.” Jongup snickered from behind his book, causing Himchan to shoot him a glare.

“Did you forget that I have a job Mr. Kim Himchan? For such a brilliant mind you seem to be very forgetful.” A playful grin crossed your lips as you reached out for the papers, but was halted by Himchan grabbing your hand. Of course you wanted to go with Himchan. Relive the giddy feeling of a fresh teenage romance. Get the butterflies in your stomach, having your cheeks rosy red. But that wasn't you. At least not any longer. You had a business to run and you had mouths to feed.

“I’m pretty sure the girls won’t mind covering for you just for one day,” He glanced over to some of the girls who were behind the bar, giving you thumbs up and okays. You let out a scoff at their adorable attempts to give you some semblance of a love life. “Please?” His voice was just enough for you to hear. There was a small puppiness in his voice, something he wouldn’t ever show the members.

“I guess one day wouldn’t hurt,” You chuckled at the sight of Himchan’s eyes lighting up. “You boys do me a favor and watch over my girls, kay?”

“Course, right Daehyun?” Youngjae snickered as he poked Daehyun in the side, causing the other to jump.

“R-Right!” Daehyun broke from his daydream trance, causing the rest of the boys to let out a small chuckle. His princess had got him whipped.

“So now that you’ve successfully impeded my attempts to be productive, what do you have planned?” You let a small chuckle as Himchan began propping your collar to protect your neck from the cold wind. You couldn’t help but want to tease Himchan’s motherly-like tendencies. It was hard to sink in that the same man that could probably shoot someone in the face with no qualms could also be so endearing.

“I thought you could think of something, Adenium. I’m pretty sure that bright mind of yours can come up with something.” He smirked, placing his hands to the warm haven of his pockets.

“I have an idea,” You smirked, coyly wrapping your arm around Himchan’s. You raised your head so that the words that slipped out of your mouth were only meant for you and him. “Something both you and I will enjoy. Just thinking about it sends a rush through my body.” You playfully ghosted your hand over his chest.

Himchan’s smirk grew wider, liking what you were insinuating. “It’s only noon, Y/N. I didn’t think you’d be that eager.”

“Well it’s been awhile and I’m just dying to have it inside of me.” You lips gently brushed over Himchan’s ear. One thought was definitely running through Himchan’s head. Where the hell was the nearest hotel. Or hell nearest unlocked car.

“You are such a freaking tease.” Himchan grumbled as he crossed his arms across his chest, leaning back on the pastel blue chair and shooting daggers at you.

“Aww, were you expecting something more risque?” You chuckled, enjoying the little prank you played on Himchan. “Don’t look too disappointed. The pastries here are just amazing.” You sipped on your tea, stifling the giggle that threatened to leave your lips.

“I’m hoping you’re right.” He scoffed as he sat back upright and sipped on his Americano.

“Or what?” You raised an eyebrow, knowing where this conversation would lead to.

“I’ll just have to punish you.” He also cocked an eyebrow, a playful smirk swiped across his lips.

“Try if you-” The buzzing from your coat pocket dragged your attention from the man in front of you. You rummaged through your pocket and looked at the screen, only to see a familiar and for sure unwelcomed call (for Himchan) from Special Agent Im. “Hello? And who do I owe the pleasure of this call?” You smirked, making sure to eye Himchan, causing the man to flash you a curious brow.

“I thought you would like to know that the Dragon Prince was found dead along with the rest of his gang, but I’m pretty sure you already know that.” You could hear the scoff from Jaebum.

“And why would you say that?” You said in a flirty and playful tone, making Himchan furrow his eyebrows.

“You must know that I’m not that dumb, Y/N,” He sounded a bit agitated, but he let out a sigh to recoil his temper. “Just say...hypothetically, you were there. Did the Dragon Prince say anything pertaining to Infernum?”

“Hypothetically, if I were there…” You took a deep breath. Things were getting serious. “You would know from the bullet found at the crime scene that they made sure he didn’t say a word…”

Himchan clenched his fist tightly, tapping his foot impatiently as you conversed with whom he suspected was Special Agent Im. Himchan wasn’t usually the possessive type….well then again, he was never in a serious relationship. Half of him wanted to snatch the phone from your grasp and growl some curses at Special Agent Im before hanging up, but he knew you would not be happy with that response. You weren’t the kind of girl to let a man run her life and he knew you would definitely give him a piece of your mind. But you wouldn’t scold him. You wouldn’t treat him like a child. No, your tone would be that of disappointment, calm disapproval. That was more terrifying than any gun pointed to his head.

“You’re getting into something dangerous, Y/N. My team is scouring through the evidence and if they find anything linking you and B.A.P to the scene you can expect a knock on your door,” Jaebum’s voice was laced with concern, causing a soft smile to appear of your face. Knowing that someone this caring had Scotty’s back made you feel a bit relieved. “You should let me do my job and distance yourself from this…. just stay safe.”

“Don’t worry she’ll be fine,” Himchan got too tired and bored of waiting for your conversation to halt so he leaned over the table just so that he was close enough to the phone for Jaebum to hear him. “After all, I’m here with her. Thanks for your concern, Special Agent. I’ll be sure to give you a good Yelp review.” Himchan clicked the hang-up button, sitting himself back on his chair.

“You are so petty,” You chuckled, tucking the phone back into your coat pocket. “We were just talking.”

“But we’re on a date, Adenium. I want all your attention on me.” He smirked before gently pinching your cheek.

“I didn’t know I was dating an attention whore.” You teased, gently flicking his nose.

“Only for your attention.” He playfully attempted to bite your finger, causing the two of you to burst out into chuckles.

This whole seemed so surreal to you. You were actually on a date. Having a normal date with someone you cared for dearly and held close to your heart. Just a few months ago you wouldn’t have caught yourself falling for another man, let alone dating Himchan. You were giddy like a schoolgirl on the inside, but at the same time a small spec of skepticism was building. Were you allowed to be this happy? You hadn’t caught Scotty’s killer. Allowed his case to remain unsolved just because you couldn’t reveal your identity as his wife. Were you allowed a small semblance of bliss?

“Here are your cakes.” Mari, the owner and baker of the cafe, waddled over and placed two dark chocolate, coffee soaked cakes and coated with hazelnut cream and  pistachio toppings in front of the two of you.

“You should really be at home, Mari,” You chuckled as Mari rubbed her swollen belly, a glow of joy and pride radiating from her baby-face. “Who let’s their pregnant wife waddle around the store?”

“If I left him alone in the shop, this entire place would be burned to the ground,” Mari giggled then turned her attention to Himchan. “And who’s this fellow? You usually don’t bring men around, Y/N.” A sly smile painted Mari’s lips.

“I’m Himchan. Kim Himchan.” Himchan smiled sweetly at the glowing mother-to-be.

“Oh I know who you are. I meant who are you to Y/N.” She teased, glancing playfully at you.

“He’s my boyfriend.” You said bluntly, the words seemed foreign on your tongue and lips. It left an odd aftertaste that you wondered if you would ever get used to. Himchan stared at you a bit shocked, not expecting you to be the one to be so forward. You always seemed so distant or least tried very hard to keep distance with everyone. Even your girls. It was like everyone was at arm's length to what you keeping deep in your heart and mind.

“You’re boyfriend!?” Mari nearly squealed. You couldn’t help but giggle at her reaction. You remembered how Mari used to be like all the rest of the kids in this part of town. Tough, fending for yourself to survive. Kill or be killed. The two of you getting into trouble now and then. But now she was a sweet mother-to-be as well as a business woman. You couldn’t have asked for anything more for her. “Honey! Come here! You can’t believe the news I just heard! Y/N has a boyfriend! She brought her boyfriend!”

“Haha, well she is a grown woman, Mari, there’s no need to be so excited.” A deep chuckle could be heard from the back of the cafe as pots and pans were be shuffled away.

“But you won’t believe who her boyfriend is! Come out here! I swear to the Lord Jesus, Honey, you don’t want to make a pregnant woman angry.” Mari playfully chided.

“Alright, alright,” Mari’s husband sighed before exiting the back kitchen. He was a tall, well-built man with close shaved hair with his two toned arms decorated with intricate tattoos. If your memory was correct, Mari had mentioned that he was a former gang member, but eventually found pastries to be his calling. “Let’s take a good look at who’s datin-”

“Vincent??” Himchan’s eyes went wide and he instinctively stood up at the sight of a familiar face.

Vincent froze as well, not expecting to see someone from the past suddenly appear right before him. “Little boss?”

my lovely writing wife Chelle! I can't believe the year is coming to an end ;A; I feel like I was just talking to you about Halloween like a week ago. And here we are, at the end of December ;A; I was wondering what some of your favorite fics of 2019 were for some of your biases? Any particular universes that you would like to revisit in the new year? :o

My lovely!!! It’s crazy when you think about it! I don’t know where it’s all gone, but frankly, I’m hopeful for a better decade ahead! I’ve learned a lot, I still gotta learn a lot more too, but I’m ready! Hope you are too! 

What a loaded question - though I love it! For universes I’d like to revisit. Hmm. Well, I’m already planning a return to Seaside Manor on Valentines for another Day6 ghost au installment! And they’re getting their own version of pilot au ever since the Airforce7 crossover for Trick, No That’s My Treat happened! @noona-clock and I are planning an epilogue to Mistletoe Manor for those who wanted more. I have Jae and Brian worlds to return to for most requested sequels… what else is there. I’m really not sure! My mind is running blank for worlds I’d like to revisit that aren’t already planned for haha! 

And 2019 has been such a fun fun FUN writing year for me so of course there are some favourites for my biases. Let me list out my top 10 and stories I enjoyed writing for them!

I- Do you have a guilty pleasure in fic (reading or writing)?

I guess I prefer reading things that have some mystical element to them (Gods/Demons/Periodic/Royal au) or are cheesy happily ever after pieces where you know despite whatever dramatics, the mains will fall in love and live happily in the end. 

For writing, I like to find a way to use my words to tell more than a story... like a message within. I’m a sucker for putting some kind of moral learning into a realistic plot line. Like with Becoming Human, a story about robots, I really emphasised Leo being more human like than the actual humans who needed to learn how to live and believe in more than they allowed themselves to. I have always been like this. Again, I like to write what I like to read too!

K - What’s the angstiest idea you’ve ever come up with?

I watched To All the Boys I Loved Before and realised a lot of fake relationships end up happily ever after in movies like that - which don’t get me wrong, I loved watching. So I wrote Blinded, a fiction where the fake relationship destroys the ability to date normally in the future. Probably that is my angstiest piece? A lot of my Seongwoo fictions are angst because he suits the genre so well. Otherwise, years back I wrote a fiction called My Afterlife with Lee Joon and well, you can’t exactly live happily ever after with a ghost when you’re alive, right? Still one of my absolute favourite fictions (you can find it on AFF under the same username as I have here).

Q - How do you feel about collaborations?

I’ve collaborated for Halloween with my best friend, and am about to start a Christmas collab. The idea of working with writers, supporting and coming up with ideas that you probably wouldn’t think of alone excites me. I’m totally open to collab with writers in the future when time permits!

R - Are there any writers (fanfic or otherwise) you consider an influence?

Of course, I’m endlessly influenced and encouraged by many of the writers in this community. I list them often, so I won’t here again, but I definitely read a lot of fiction these days and I honestly believe it keeps my own writing motivation alive. One thing I realised over my 2 year writers block was how little I read? I had become rather negative to the idea of reading because I didn’t have time. Funny how time is such an implication to my writing. I will say, writers like Jane Austen, Meg Cabot, Diana Wynne Jones etc have really inspired me to strive for more magic within my stories, that’s for sure. 

U - Share three of your favorite fic writers and why you like them so much.

Oooh this is hard because it will leave so many out :( 

@soobadnoonecanstopher - I love her realistic approach to dating, feelings, break up and subsequent interactions with people. Plus, her Kyungsoo fiction is some of the best I’ve ever read. I’m literally addicted to her words and inspired by her style of telling stories immensely. When I was reading All His, I stayed up until 4am and was completely unaware of the time because I was in another world entirely. 

@noona-clock / @trishmarieco - both B and T tell stories in a way that have captivated me, and they both write in a way that excites me for more. I love how much fluff B writes to fuel my happily ever after needs, and T when she was writing on noona-clock would fulfil my need for that mystical element too. It’s hard to describe because they are both admirable writers in their own rights, and I never have enough words for either of them about their work, I just love it so much.

@cramelot admittedly, outside of the Wanna One scene, Em’s stuff was the first I read. We share a lot of the same biases, and I happened to fall into her fictions when I was binging on Daehyun feels. From there I’ve really enjoyed getting to fall into further fictions and idols with her words. They’re magical and the perfect balance of telling a story and personal growth too.

Harry Potter B.A.P AU

Hufflepuff Junhong

- muggleborn, graduated 2014

- known throughout hufflepuff as the giant sunflower (he always has a flower in his hair, is taller than almost all the students, and leaves baked goods in the common room during finals for stressed students)

- loved care of magical creatures and ghoul studies (he talked to many of the ghosts around Hogwarts because they liked the bright aura he had around him)

- typically could be found outside in the courtyards with all sorts of animals and plants hanging around him (no one understands how he was so bad at herbology when clearly the earth loved him)

- either way, he was the youngest of his ragtag group of friends, and they protected him throughout the years they all were at Hogwarts (not that he needed it, but he thought it was nice of them anyway)

- now he works at Honeydukes, with the occasional stop in at Hogwarts to help care for some of the creatures on the grounds (though no one ever sees him, which is ironic given how much he stands out)

- Honeydukes is great for him because he draws in the flow of customers like (no pun intended) bees to honey

- he’s such a bright personality and so bubbly that it’s hard not to be drawn in by his smile and excitement

- he carefully directs customers to candies they would like best (he doesn’t tell them it’s because he can see their aura and knows what works best to help - actually, no one knows he can see auras and he would rather like to keep it that way)

- also, he ensures all candies are marked properly for hazards, allergies, ingredients and ailments they may cause to the consumer (he knows so much about them that it’s like he’s a living encyclopedia of all the candy in the shop)

- finals got you down? he’s got the candy just for it. it’s valentine’s day? here’s some chocolates and maybe a little notecard because your partner should know how much you care for them. you’ve been feeling down? here’s some fudge and hey, how about a whole bag of great foods that will boost your mood?

- basically, he’s the candy man in Hogsmeade, and no one can say differently

- which is how you end up finding him, as a coworker at the ministry (Daehyun, though he swore you not to say) directed you to the shop when you expressed the fact that you needed a way to get over your former fiance/fiancee who decided to end it a month before the wedding

- stepping inside Honeyduke’s, you’re immediately brought back to your own days at Hogwarts and how happy you had been wandering into the shop

- it had gotten a bit of a face lift, and was far more crowded than you remember, but the same candies were still there (many of your favorites now with a little card that told you all the important details about them)

- it was far more organized, and you’re in the midst of filling up a bag when someone clears their throat, drawing your attention over and up and up until you make eye contact with the man before you

- you are almost certain you turn thirty shades of red at seeing his face and the smile that adorns it (he’s seriously so cute and when the hell did Honeyduke’s get such a cute worker?)

- ‘you seem a little upset, i’m not sure these candies would benefit your mood. they really seem to be more for those who are stressing out. if you’re looking for candies that will brighten your day, i’d recommend fruity flavored ones. my favorite are the grapevines that are stored against the wall. mix them with some orange blossom bliss drops and white mint fudge for fresh beginnings, and you should be good to go!’

- as junhong finishes speaking, he glances down to see you still staring at him and gaping, eyes wide in surprise before you suddenly speak

- ‘how did you know what i was feeling?’

- his cheeks burn red, as no one ever really asked how he knew, they just assumed he guessed based on their posture or expression

- rather than answer, he rubs at the back of his neck and points at another cluster of candies, ones that are blue and white and shaped like little mermaids

- ‘those are also good for drawing in people who are interested in you. okAY! GOTTA GO’

- and he basically naruto runs out of there, heading down to the basement and hiding amongst the merchandise until his boss comes down and nearly has a heart attack at seeing him hunched behind some Bertie Bott’s

- by the time he comes back up, you’re gone, but there’s a note at the register with your scrawl on it

- ‘to the weird employee who knew my thoughts, i’ll be back and i want to know how you guessed it. also, i bought what you recommended and think the orange blossoms are very sweet’

- and you do come back, pretty regularly after that, always trying to get junhong to tell you how he knows exactly what you’re feeling that day, but he reroutes the conversation with statements on candies or pretending he has to get back to work

- it doesn’t take a genius to see that you two are starting to fall for one another, and the attempts to keep the talk purely on candy is mere coverage to what you want to say

- after nearly five months of this, junhong is about ready to at least answer you about how he sees auras, but when you walk in, you look so dejected that he decides it isn’t the time

- in that moment, he knows upbeat candies won’t help, and he quickly makes up a bag himself, tying it with a pretty bow and attaching a note to it that reads ‘for the very disgruntled ministry worker. meet me outside the shop after closing and i’ll tell you a secret - junhong’

- he keeps himself hidden away when you buy it and leave, a small victory dance taking place when you see the note and smile

- once he’s off work, he steps outside and is shocked to nearly get knocked over by you as you hug him tightly, burying your face in his chest and whispering you know it’s weird but you really needed a hug right now

- over some drinks at Madam Puddifoot's, junhong gets the whole story

- you were at work when your ex walked in to try and win you back

- you had denied them, of course, and they humiliated you in front of your colleagues by telling all of them that they had never truly loved you and were only marrying you for the fact that you were making enough money to keep the two of you afloat

- while it made them out to be an asshole, it made you feel absolutely stupid for thinking they actually cared for you

- as junhong listens to this, his entire demeanor changes, an angry expression taking over his features until he calms himself and carefully grasps your hand over the table

- ‘they’re not worth your time, and you aren’t stupid for thinking they cared for you. someone who plans to be married to another should love them, and you clearly did. they’re the one in the wrong, and i hope you know there are people that care deeply for you, money or no money’

- his statement means a lot, and you give him a soft smile as you squeeze his hand and thank him

- ‘so, what’s the secret you wanted to tell me?’

- there’s a moment where he wants so badly to tell you that he cares for you, that he may even love you, but it feels wrong in this moment, and he instead tells you he can see auras

- it may not be exactly what he wanted to say, but something tells him that he’ll have the time to tell you his feelings soon enough, and he’s in no rush

- it takes only a week for junhong to slip up as he’s picking out candies for you to tell you he’s fallen for you (and thank god you return the sentiment, because he was terrified you would turn him down)

- and while he still can see auras, he learns to read you purely off your attitude, and so the candies he picks can be a little random, but you still love all of them (even that really spicy one that made you breathe fire for a solid hour)
