“D… Da… ddy…” The helpless bleeding little demon whispered so softly as she finally managed to muscle out something, other than weak breathing, that it hurt Douma’s almost lifeless heart to even hear as he knew he couldn’t do anything to fix it or make her regenerative factor boost. “Don’t worry, princess! I will make sure you’re okay! Daddy won’t let you go! Daddy will save you! Daddy will never let a mean human touch you again!” Douma chanted mindlessly, his tightening protective grasp on her poor semi-limp body

Defeated and paralysed, Douma cuddled his precious princess with pained cries and sobs rolling out of his aching throat, staining his rainbow eyes with endless tears as the drying blood of his worst enemy and the rotting corpse of the Hashira laid flat before him.
