Wince you're back I'm rambling now—

I love worldbuilding. I just added a weather section to the list bc I realized that every last thing, including natural or manmade phenomenon, could be entirely different from ours....(first, I call the form of energy before it's formed into magic, mana)

And I made this thing called a mana storm where if too much mana of the same attribute gathers on one spot, it creates huge disasters. Too much water? Floods/hurricanes like no tomorrow in that one spot, like someone just dropped it there and left. Too much fire? Could become a barren ash wasteland if it's on the bad side...lightning, earth, light, metal, all of those. (The people of that world don't know about dark magic btw)

ALSO

A different weather event called Air Burst. This is where pressure keeps building until it explodes and the air vibrates for a while, maybe days to weeks...and this includes sonic vibration levels. It could be of any tone and cause damage, or go entirely unnoticed by most races...

Only they could create such a wonder.

3DDDDDDDDDD!!! THIS RULES!!! Mana storms? AhHHhHh Hello??? SO COOL! Also also also, what would a metal mana storm be like? I can imagine metal spikes and stuff like shooting everywhere or things becoming magnetized that makes metal float! Idk a metal mana storm reallyyyyy intrigues me!!

I REMEMBERED THE METAL STORM THING I HAD ON MIND

Anything made of metal

Buildings

Vehicles

Devices

Tools

ANYTHING

They get CRUSHED

The storm starts and all of it begins to crush into itself, like when you crush an empty soda can as much as possible but...it doesn't stop crushing it until the storm ends...this is the deadliest and most expensive storm there is since they then have to repair that extreme damage, especially in cities

I would literally live in a plastic house then. Ya know the ones you can build like lego so no metal.

I am not being crushed to death as that is not a fun way to go.

And that would literally destroy a city. You wouldn't survive. There's metal everywhere and even if you weren't in say a building, the structural support would fold in on itself and cause the rest of the building to collapse, killing 1000s inside and out. Millions if you had that happen to any and all tall buildings.

I think this storm might be a tad too overpowered....

Everything you said can happen in a metal mana storm, actually!!

There's also been cases of rare minerals forming bc of one so those storms are actually held with high value...

Also the magnetized is one of the more common things but it's extremely inconvenient and dangerous for them

I had a specific thing for metal but I forgot? Uhmmm

and ooOooO turning to metal would be so terrifying. I recon that would be cool if metal, fire and magic mana storms started all at once for that. You have the metal and the heat that melts the metal into a liquid, and the magic that seeks out people to literally coat them in metal alive. Oh the angst and devistation that would cause >:3
