Lowri refused to go with Duncan. There was no way she was ever going to be taken away with some shem and she would have searched for Tamlen until she died of exhaustion. She was formally exiled from her clan and remained bitter about it for years.

She recruited Zevran with the hopes that he would finish the job and actually assassinate her. She had hoped that sleeping with him would give him to best opportunities. Little did she know that he was hoping the same thing.

She decided to get Eamon on her side before the treaties and seeing gauntlet!Tamlen destroyed any sort of resolve that she had slowly started to build. She didn’t trust everyone in her party to see her cry so she tried to swallow her emotions best she could. It didn’t work. After frantically apologizing to gauntlet!Tamlen she completed the rest of the trials with tears streaming down her face.

She had just started forgetting what Tamlen looked like or what he sounded like  when the shrieks ambushed the camp. She refused to kill him even when he attacked her and she cried out when Alistair struck him down. She spent all night cradling his body and in the morning explained to Zev, and only Zev, who Tamlen was then asked Zevran to “wait for her.” He agreed.

She had spent the last year trying to get herself killed and the final battle with the Archdemon was no different. She immediately Morrigan’s offer for the dark ritual, finally seeing this as the one dead she wouldn’t manage to get cheated out of. Zevran on the other had, over heard the rejection and wouldn’t stand for it. He begged Alistair to go through with the ritual and he didn’t explain what he had done until after the final battle when Lowri awake to find the archdemon dead, but not herself. It took her months to forgive him. It wouldn’t be until years later, when she would wake up in a sun-warmed cottage to the sight of Zevran sweeping the floor, that she would realize that she had finally moved on from Tamlen and that the assassin sent to kill her managed to somehow save her life.

What's the most romantic thing Tamlen and Lowri ever did together?

Probably falling asleep under trees together. Their relationship wasn’t exactly... sappy or cutesy. Lowri always had a short temper and Tamlen was always willing to spar (among other things) to help her relax. Sessions would usually last for hours and go well into the night with both of them far too exhausted to do anything other than sleep. This is when they would complain about their day or gossip, this is when they were closest.
