Casually brainrotting over Revue Starlight and reading over Claudine’s bond story dialogues in the ReLive game and Jesus-

A good chunk of them about Claudine are so- ambitious and workaholic, like girl, please rest, please get therapy-

Like in the lovers bond story for her, she said that even when she was younger, she was just so busy that she never had time for a romantic relationship because she was always so busy. It’s not the fact that she wasn’t ever in a romantic relationship that made me sad, it’s that you had this girl who was probably below 15 or 16 who was just constantly busy that she barely had time to experience casual teen stuff

And then!! During a Christmas bond story dialogue, Claudine was talking about how happy it made her to bake a cake for Christmas, both at Seisho and when she was younger in a movie(?), because she didn’t have a lot of time to actually spend proper time with her family to celebrate things, she was always- b u s y

But then in the actual anime, Claudine is seen practicing so hard she’s actively falling to her knees panting. Actively pushing, pushing to the limit limit /ref

She’s so workaholic and there’s so much potential for angst, but also I love the idea of each and every one of the Seisho girls dragging her away to rest or finding subtle ways to get her to relax because that girl does not know rest

Honestly-

I love smooth Tendo Maya as much as the next bitch, but also give me awkward as fuck, never been in a romantic relationship and has no idea what to do because she doesn’t have a script, never been given any affection since she was FIVE Tendo Maya

Give me awkward and touchstarved Tendo Maya who has no idea how to act and makes small tugs at Claudine’s sleeve or bumps her head against Claudine’s shoulder in private and awkwardly asks to be held

I could honestly see this girl being stumped now that she’s in an actual relationship with Claudine and they aren’t just dancing around each other, but she still wants to give her all to Claudine

She just doesn’t know h o w

And she ends up being unintentionally smooth and really adorable about it and Claudine is so annoyed by how cute it is. But she loves Maya and her awkward vibes anyway

Give me that, I want that
