Annyeong Korea~ It’s been a long time I didn’t update my blog. I was kinda busy for my masteral degree here in Korea. YESS! I’m here now! Yay~
Last year, it was very stressful to collect some documents (like TOR, bank certificates etc.). Luckily, I passed the written and oral interview and got admission certificate from the Korean school (Hanbat National University). The most annoying part is the Korean Visa. It was a nightmare haha! I was stressful for 4 months!
I heard kasi na it’s very difficult to get a visa especially for Filipinos. The korean government is very careful about this kasi madami ng nagTNT. They even broadcast it in the news. (YES! and panget ng image natin dito haha). Luckily, after 4 months of tears (charot), I was granted a D2-visa (for 2 years).
At first, akala ko madedeny yung visa ko kasi they processed it for almost 1 month instead of 5 days. I also did an interview from a korean consulate. At first, he didn’t allow me to come here because my money is not enough to support myself for 2 years. Even though I have a sponsor, he was hesitating.
I told him, “Sir, I just hope that money is not a hindrance in reaching your dreams and getting a good education in your prestigious country” with tears. Charot! HAHAHA. Pero napaiyak ako sa interview ha. Walang halong drama.
Korean Consulate: “What will you do while you’re studying? Do you have plan to work? Find a job? Get married?” (mejo nastress ako sa accent haha) Grabe ka, sir! HAHA.
Me: “No. I would prefer to study more and more during free time rather than work.”
The next day, he granted me D2-visa. Yohoo~
