Now that I think about it long and hard, Dee would feel inclined to bottom to give Orion the ability, but Megatron on the other hand would not ever give him a chance.
Dee would give graciously and Orion would too.
Megatron and Optimus would playfully (maybe sometimes not) fight for dominance *wink wink*.
