Roach fish sketch | Limited edition fine art print from an original drawing. Rutilus is a genus of fish in the family Cyprinidae found in Eurasia. This genus is a widely distributed lineage of cyprinids and ranges from West Europe to East Siberia. My sketches start life as hand-drawn graphite images made on cartridge paper. I often work on these with charcoal, oil pastel or Caran d'Ache to create the look I'm after. The artwork is then scanned and finessed digitally ready for fine art printing. This process often referred to as Giclée printing uses the highest standard of printing methods to give gallery quality results that maintain all the details of the original sketch. The graphite pencils I use are Faber-Castel, the oil pastels are Sennelier and the china-graph is Caran d’Ache. The inks are pigment based archive quality (100years+). The heavyweight specialist papers I use are of the best professional quality having a wonderful surface designed specifically for fine art drawings and illustrations. Very limited editions with only ten per size printed. All artwork is signed and includes a certificate of authenticity. Produsul „Salată cu icre de știucă de Tulcea” a primit protecția națională

Începând de săptămâna trecută produsul ”Salată cu icre de știucă de Tulcea” a primit protecția națională a sistemelor din domeniul calității conform legislației europene și naționale. Dreptul de utilizare a logo-ului național cât și dreptul de a comercializa produse din clasa 1.7. Pești, moluște și crustacee proaspete și produse derivate cu denumirea de Salată cu icre de știucă de Tulcea revine exclusiv producătorilor sau procesatorilor din arealul geografic, respectiv teritoriul administrativ al județului Tulcea care respectă prevederile din caietul de sarcini și sunt supuși controlului și certificării unui Organism de Inspecție și Certificare recunoscut de Ministerul Agriculturii și Dezvoltării Rurale.

Denumirea înregistrată este protejată împotriva oricărei alte practici care ar putea induce în eroare consumatorul cu privire la adevărata origine a produsului.

Autoritatea competentă responsabilă cu verificarea pe piaţă a etichetării şi utilizării logo-ului naţional este Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor (ANPC) conform art. 2 alin.(c) din Hotărârea nr.152/2015.

Asociația RO-PESCADOR, grupul aplicant al producătorilor și procesatorilor produsului ”Salată cu icre de știucă de Tulcea” din arealul geografic trebuie să desfășoare activităţi de informare şi promovare care să vizeze informarea consumatorilor în privinţa proprietăţilor produselor care oferă valoare adăugată, va monitoriza utilizarea comercială a denumirii ”Salată cu icre de știucă de Tulcea”, va lua măsuri pentru asigurarea protecţiei juridice adecvată a indicaţiei geografice protejate național.

Salata cu icre de știucă de Tulcea este o cremă de culoare alb, alb-gălbui obţinută din minim 29% icre din care min. 15% icre de ştiucă cu bobul întreg şi 14% icre de pește deltaic (specii din familia Cyprinidae – caras, babușcă, roșioară, icre de crap neformate – și familia Percidae – șalău, biban), în amestec cu ulei de floarea-soarelui, apă carbogazificată, sare gemă neiodată și zeamă de lămâie.

Salata cu icre de știucă de Tulcea este specifică prin rețetă, materii prime, ingrediente și metoda de preparare. Conform rețetei tradiționale are o proporție specifică de 29% icre, formată din minim 15% icre de știucă și 14% icre de pește deltaic.

România are patru produse înregistrate pe sisteme de calitate europene, din care trei Indicații Geografice Protejate (I.G.P.): Magiun de prune Topoloveni, Salam de Sibiu, Novac afumat din Ţara Bârsei și produsul Telemea de Ibănești înregistrat pe sistemul de calitate Denumire de Origine Protejată (D.O.P.).

La Comisia Europeană se află depuse documentațiile a patru produse pentru dobândirea protecției europene Indicație Geografică Protejată, trei produse sunt în analiză: Cârnați de Pleșcoi, Caşcaval de Săveni, Telemeaua de Sibiu și în fază de opoziție europeană produsul Scrumbie de Dunăre afumată.
