DEFINITELY INDOORS ACTIVITIES. IF IT'S A HEAVY RAIN, TESTING THE WRATH OF TORNADUS/THUNDERUS IS A BAD IDEA, AND EVEN IF ITS A LIGHT RAIN, HIS UNIFORM IS MISERABLE TO WEAR WHEN WET. . . THOUGH SOMETIMES HE HAS TO GO OUT FOR DELIVERY AND INSISTS I SHOULD STAY INSIDE.
