I’m Kevin, and that I am chuffed that you just managed to get here. Would you like to discover a little more about me? Well, here we get. My biggest accomplishment currently is cycling all over the world for a passing fancy gear. Yes, you study right, one equipment. To Barcelona I initially rode through Western Europe over the Pyrenees with just a few plane tickets reserved and no planned way. The following end was Iceland to finally feel the Aurea Borealis, but it came with tough winds and rain, all good to harden me-up for your rest of the vacation as I soon found out. Next I went along to mix the united states from Newyork to Denver and to Sanfrancisco for your New Years fireworks. I had worked in Sanfrancisco and Newyork in my pre-bikepacking life, therefore it was good to be back finally.

First Time Cycling in Malaysia

Hello Felow Bikepackers. I've been living in Malaysia for the past 6 years, and for the first time, I decided to cycle a little stretch from Seremban to Malacca. Getting out of the city on the bike is HIGHLY NOT recommended. First, bicycles are not all on the main road and second of all it could be pretty dangerous too. This was only a short 82km trip as I am training for a longer adventure around Borneo Island in April. Back in 2010, I had no idea about cycling touring - I was working in Perth Australia washing dishes and as a volunteer for greenpeace at the same time. I could not save much cash as rent was very expensive and booking tours to visit Australia were out of my budget. So I bought a $200 bike and a crappy trailer on Ebay ( that will break while riding by the way) and started cycling - My goal was to reach Sydney. My first day I did 80km, my legs were so sore and I was exhausted, however it did not stop me and I carried on. A month and a half later, I ran out of money and found a job in Port Lincoln working on a tuna harvest boat during 3 months to fill up my pockets and finish my adventure on the Gold Coast. (7500 km) 11 years later and I have now cycled 21000 km across 3 continet & 16 countries. In November this year, I will be cycling around Malaysia and in May 2022 from Finlande to France. During these two trip I will be fundraising for charity in the US for kids with Cancer.
