Scar Headcanon? for Jackie Welles - SFW

Jackie is no fresh face when it comes to battle scars. He's got plenty of em to show and tell about, from his mercenary line of work and when he was a Valentino. He knows each and every scar like the back of his hand.

Most are hidden under his clothes, the only time you do get to see them is when he's wearing less - or none for that matter.

You point to a scar on Jackie's bicep. "That one? Oh yeah, some cabron sliced me up pretty good at a bar. From what I could see, he was beyond shitfaced," Jackie states as a deep guttural laugh followed, his green eyes flashing moments of his recollection, or lack thereof since he wasn't exactly sober, himself.

Back to back, he would just go on about how he got his scars as long as you want to hear his stories. What can I say? Jackie likes to talk.

"This one?" Jackie raises a brow when you tap your finger to one located on his abdomen - circular in shape, matching that of a bullet hole. There were others, but you were drawn to that in particular. It's a memorable and bittersweet mark on his body. "I got that when I was still runnin' with the Valentinos. I was barely out of high school," Jackie stifled a chuckle looking back hindsight. "Didn't think I'd live to see another day."

Some scars (like the one he got at age 19) carry a deeper meaning while others are just amongst the usual lot that come with the Territory of his line of work.

There are a few marks not left by hostiles, but rather mishaps at home or when he's out and about doing what Jackie does.

As for vice versa-

I'll say it, Jackie would worship your scars (for the lack of a better phrase). He'd trace and kiss every one, he'd give extra treatment to your "nastier" looking ones.

At first, he'd feel his gut wrench seeing how much damage that had been done to your flesh. That ping of anger settles in ever so slightly. Nobody should ever try to hurt you, not while he's still alive.

And maybe, what if you aren't proud of your imperfections? And they make you insecure about your body? Well Jackie knows what's best for you, and that is to convince you you aren't your scars.

"Don't you ever say that about yourself, okay cariño?" "You look perfectly fine, and beautiful, just the way you are," Jackie whispers against your skin, pressing light and deep smooches over each imperfection, providing you with the love, adoration and support you need.

has a huge crush on Mateo, who tolerates him more than most; Mateo is the reason he goes by Kevin, which will be the subject of a photostory one day :tm:

INDIE-GAME IDEA

To sum it all up:

In a cyberpunk world, there is the player character that is meant to be a self-insert for the player themselves. The player character soon gains his own control and starts rebelling in subtle ways. 

At one point, they start having enough of this chicanery and literally rips his eyeballs out of his head, blood and everything. It's gross. The player's screen would then go black once this action is done to visualize that we see through the character's eyes, but our view would return about 10 real life minutes later to see that the character got cybernetic eyes.

Once the character realizes that their still being controlled, they would obviously throw a fit. Because of this, he then starts by removing his legs to removes the player's ability to move the character. He would then get cybernetic legs but end up giving the ability to move back to the player. A cycle then starts where the character removes parts of his body, removing a function to the player, the part gets replaced with cybernetics, and the function returns. Eventually, the character just has enough and just...powers down, ig.

Decades pass, and the character wakes up to see that he's now in a rural house on some farmland with nature all around him. He got woken up by what looked to be a young teenager who was fascinated by the character and the technology of the past. the self insert would soon get a good view of his location, a world, one where technology and nature work in perfect symbiosis.

He would know that he’s still being controlled from there and would lose all hope of being free, but from there, the character, guided by a possibly guilty player learns how to be his own person and live off the land in the best way possible for himself.

Please know that I don’t know anything about game design. I can only come up with concepts for things and possibly get the assets for this hypothetical game made such as the character designs? That’s a big if tho.

My Cyberpunk self insert!!

Noting that my knowledge of the series is second hand, as I have not played 2077 nor the tabletop. My knowledge instead comes mostly from my best friend, the Edgerunners anime, and YouTube analyses of the series.

I tried to draw it in the style of a Studio Trigger reference sheet, with some additional information, such as the contents of its bag and a detailed rundown on its chrome - more information on that under the read more.

The items in its bag (which aren’t ripped from Cyberpunk 77) include:

A pair of retractable sewing scissors which deal chemical damage

A Cyberpunkified version of my stuffed cat, Pearl

A digital sketchpad, drawn with heavy reference to this ICE-breaker tablet

And its cyberwear serves the following functions:

AudioVox - Allows it to switch between a male and a female voice

Body Plating - Covers its upper torso, hands and legs for purely aesthetic reasons

Biomonitor - Almost everyone (with insurance) seems to have one of these

CyberOptics - Gives it its pink eyes and allows it to see without glasses

Doll Chip - To do Doll things

Dynalar NewTeeth && PowerJaw - Allow it to eat almost anything

Interface Plugs - Seems necessary for the chips and BD recorders? Though I might be wrong

I have not been okay. I post here in there about it but lets put it bluntly for once. For the last half of the summer I was in a poly relationship. We set two main boundaries that everyone agreed on: No exs and always use protection.

Both of those boundaries were broken.

I don't how to put it into words what it feels like.

To walk up the longest staircase of your life, knock on the door of a stranger and know that there will be an invisible blood trail when you walk back down. Being told you can let your walls down, open yourself and be hopeful for the future because we're gonna make it and were gonna work together and be in love, only be left standing in the dark with half a plate of dinner and promises of "no im just going over to talk" screaming in the shadow.

I've been shattered since October.

I started doing a few self portraits photo shoots with me Neon based off Taylor Swift albums. So far I've done 1989 and Rep. I had to TTPD.

It got away from me.

These will be the results of running and not wanting to feel anything only for it take over and demand to be heard, to be felt by any means.

These will be the most personal photos I've really ever done.

Pain demands to be seen, heard and felt. This is the result of that screaming.

Alright so I got this idea like two days ago and I got creative fever so the least I can do is post about it.

I don't know if I want to make it into a story, RP material, animated series (If I learn how to animate I think I'll do it in MMD-like style), video game or whatever, but anyway, the setting has more of a Cyberpunk vibe with very advanced technology, and the plot revolves around a facility that trains and sends soldiers on various missions.

So here's the protagonist :

This is Rookie, she's 17 and very girly. I took inspiration from those stories where outfits are stylized so much it looks unpractical. She's a prodigy among the newbies but isn't an official soldier yet, so she can't go on true missions (Instead having to train with a simulation) or access certain parts of the facility. I think her character development would go something like her starting off as superficial, ruthless and kind of a bootlicker with her superiors to a rebel who is set on justice and helping people.

Also she is registered as "Soldier 35580, Rookie" in the facility files.

And her nickname is Cookie.

She will get a mentor and parent figure to help her, the eldest soldier still in service :

This is F-N-1205, codename Funny, (A self-insert but edgier, I'm proud of her ⁠￣⁠︶⁠￣) who enlisted very long ago when she was around 30. I really want to insist on the fact that when she signed in, it was like the military, it was way more dark and strict, now it's all funny (Heh) cutesy and stylish, the soldiers take it so lightheartedly, it scares her and she tries to open the others' eyes, only to end up looking like the creepy oldie who says ominous shit. People now avoid her.

When she was young, she went on a routine mission with her team until an unexpected enemy trap triggered an explosion. Everyone died, and she would have too if the facility didn't save her. Somehow, they managed to gather what was remaining of her and attached it to robotic parts, making her a cyborg. Also I couldn't find a Picrew to show it but her stomach and spine were blown up under the ribs but the facility couldn't keep her in a stable state long enough to build her the equivalent of a new stomach, so she only has a robotic spine (...If you see what I mean ?). Becoming a cyborg came with "upgrades", she has a lot more brute strength, and where humans would need special gadgets or access cards, it is directly added in her palm.

Her name is F-N-1205 (Codename Funny) because when she joined, it was required to give up everything, their name, their family, etc, in the idea of the facility giving the soldiers a new one.

Also, she more or less stopped aging, due to experiments the facility executed on her right after she was saved while she was still unconscious, so when I say she enlisted very long ago, I say very, very long ago, so long ago she barely remembers what it was like before.

And I think I'll make her long for death. Not actively looking for it to the point of suicide, but she would happily welcome it if it happened to her.

And that's all I can think of right now, I'm kinda throwing everything that's on my mind about it and I don't know if it makes sense (⁠^⁠～⁠^⁠;⁠)⁠ゞ

Also I have no idea for a name, so if you get an idea I'll seriously consider it ! :D

Akira but Cyberpunk

A weird idea that I wanted to explore. I wanted my Pokemon-sona Akira the Ceruledge, draw as a human / Pokemon Gijinka, and for some reasons I was inspired to go on a futuristic version. I know, it can be weird, especially since we can wonder what a knight would come to do in a cyberpunk universe.
