Animal: Cats, rats, owls, snakes. She’s gotta have them all.

Colors: Pink, ranging between a dusty rose and a ballet shoe. And black because she can be rather emo at times.

Day or Night: Day. This girl is always seen during the day. The sun captured in her bright red hair of hers is a giveaway of her presence.

Plant: Roses, give her a rose of any color. She’ll gladly accept it.

Smells: Lavender, whipped vanilla, oatmeal cookies, raspberry nectar.

Gemstone: Peridot since her birthday is in August.

Season: Summer. But sometimes even she wants a break from her birth season.

Places: Churches in ruins, Reconciliation Park, Kendal Park.

Food: Locust Pizza and sweets.

Smells: Vanilla, lilacs, and a hint of cigarette smoke and copper, courtesy of whatever gig she just came back from.

Gemstone: Her birthstone, pink tourmaline. Also, rubies.

Season: Autumn.

Places: Bed, couches or the floor with her pets, the city streets on a rainy night, cruising the dirt Badlands roads on a sunny day under a blue sky, the hood of her car to lie back and watch the stars and moon, that rooftop that homages Blade Runner and triggers the rain, rooftop of Dark Matter to watch the sunset, rooftops in general tbh as long as they have a good view to watch the city lights and night sky, cliffs, tents, the tree in the Badlands where her firstborn daughter's ashes are buried, snuggling in Addie's (her sweetheart's) arms, the various nightclubs she's been to with her sister (Tatum)... The list goes on. My nomad baby's been all over the place.

At first, I had thought abput doing Amelia x Sevika for Cyberpunk AU, but the more I see Renata, the more I thought, "well, it's gonna be difficult of me to resist Renata". So I considered doing the poly triad pair Renata, Amelia and Sevika.

and let's face it, me choosing between them to pair my oc with was unfair because they're both my types and they're attractive af. Amelia gets a butch and femme gfs.

though some random things I thought about while playing Cyberpunk 2077....

- Sevika doesn't side with Silco, she still has her crew and they all allied with Renata Glasc who became their boss. In this verse, Sevika, Ran and their crew are biker gangs with streetkid background. Sevika owns a motorcycle.

- Amelia came to Zaun (Night City) to escape from someone and had been since in hiding alongside with some other freed mages. She was a victim of mage traffickling--she was captured by Noxian who in turn handed her over to a Mistress, called "Minerva", from Shadow Isles apart of the alliance. She managed to escape after damaging Minerva's eyes with her Light magic.

- Renata was away on a long business trip during the time Sevika and Amelia met for the first time at the strip club where Amelia worked as a pole dancer.

- Renata get annoyed any time Sevika showed up late for work or a meeting. She was perplexed when Sevika used the same excuse of "sorry, my bike broke down" which translate to get into a fight with street thugs and "borrowed" one of their motorcycles.

- Amelia is a shy person, being a deaf person, she does have some social isolation. Rarely goes out much except to work and earn a living.

- Sevika introduced Amelia to Renata the moment she returned from her business trip--Renata had grown fond of Amelia when the three of them hang out.

- Renata and Sevika grows suspicious over some of Amelia's co-workers and began to dig around for intels. only to find out there's a wanted poster with a bounty on Amelia's head.

- Renata would always pay for Amelia's broken hearing aids and stock up on batteries. She is loaded with wealth though.

- plus, Renata also donate money to orphanage and animal shelters.

- Renata will not resist lavishing Amelia with gifts--expensive clothes, jewellery... you name it. She just loves to have someone, specifically Amelia being a femme, to spoil and dote on.

- of course Renata does spoil Sevika with some expensive liquors and cigars that she likes.

- Sevika and Renata have a FWB relationship from time to time. They prefer to share Amelia together rather than with anyone else they don't trust.

- that being said, feelings surfaced when they cared for each other... Sevika lost her arm in an explosion to protect Renata, while Renata used all of her funding to build a cybernetic arm for Sevika.

- Renata is the oldest (late 40s to early 50s), Sevika being the second oldest (early 30s to 40) while Amelia is the youngest (late 20s to early 30s).

- Amelia would 100% send selfie photos of herself in lingerie and outfits to Renata and Sevika. confidence booster they claimed, and well, they would take her to the mirror and compliment her.

- Amelia would get used to the smell of smoke. though, she likes to wear Sevika's hoody covered in cigar scent and apply one of Renata's perfumes onto her body when they're away.

- Date night for one-on-one when the other is busy or away on mission, Renata loves to treat Amelia by taking her to a fancy restaurant, whereas Sevika takes her to either street food joints or order takeaways at home.

- Renata owns the Afterlife bar. Amelia will eventually work there after she quit the strip club (for the sake of her safety).

- Seeing the LoL splash art make me think that Admiral Glasc was the disguise/masquerade outfit Renata wears to fancy ball.

Hi.  I was part of Team Bloom for this year's ArtFight.  I drew a semi-realistic take of Claudia Keybird, cheawarma's OC (CeaLirhes on Twitter and Instagram). Also included is an attack from 2021 while I was part of Team Cyberpunk, featuring Minerva and cosumik's OC Galo since she’s a race car driver.

M: What’s the weirdest AU scenario you’ve ever come up with?  Did it turn into a story? 

Oh there have been a Lot. I think the weirdest one that saw daylight was the “what if Boyd was a Sylph?” one. I was writing TMWCIFTC-adjacent stuff at the time, back in December, and the song “The Devil Went Down to Georgia” came on shuffle, and the two streams of thought crossed to give me “what if Boyd was the Jersey Devil?” It barely made sense, but I wrote a whole oneshot with an American Gods-style fiddle grift to flesh it out, and the rest was history.

Outside of that, there’s the LOTR/Amnesty AU, which I brought up in another ask. That one was wild as hell, and I might come back to it if I don’t absorb it into TCOS. I had an Inception Balance AU kicking around for a hot minute, and then I changed it to an Amnesty AU, and then scrapped it. I was also working on a cyberpunk AU with @cr0racle, but that’s so back burner while we work on other projects, it’s off the stove and in the toaster oven instead. 

U: Is there a pairing you would like to write, but haven’t tried yet?

I haven’t given any Mama or Minerva ships a shot yet. I tried to get Mama with one of my OCs in TMWCIFTC, but after the events of the story blew over, I took a good long look at everyone’s motivations and beliefs and realized that Mama and Vanessa’s friendship would be strained forever, because of what happened and what Vanessa hid from her. That’d make a romantic attachment really tough, at least in my experience. 

I’m putting some stuff on the table for TCOS, though. Mama and Janelle have a history going back at least to 1988, when the gate opened for the first time, and that has a lot of potential - especially given the dynamic between Mama and Dani, and Janelle and Dani’s relationship.

Minerva, though. The way TCOS is going, she may be on a collision course with a whole bunch of folks. I have a feeling that she and Moira might get along, but not necessarily enough for ship material. Minerva and Vanessa, though... that has potential.

I also haven’t done anything with Stern. He doesn’t necessarily need a romantic storyline, especially with his own personal plotline and how he’s gotten in hot water with... basically everyone. (Haynes? Yeah. Barclay? That’s on the way. Ned? Because Barclay’s involved, he will by proxy, definitely. Boyd? For sure. Aubrey? Lord knows.) But one definitely might happen. And I haven’t done anything with Boyd either, but I still have to get him integrated back into the Lodge and get a grip on his character first. Let’s see if anything naturally springs up.

W: What is your favorite pairing to write?  Favorite pairing to read?

Danbrey, Hollice, and Indruck are my top three faves to read and write, for sure.

This was previously posted somewhere else but then I already felt like a total ass and just deleted it, knowing it was gonna be flooded by everything else. And I won’t lie, I’m still salty about it but then I realized it was best to just discuss it all on here instead.

Now, I’ve invested so much time into Cyberpunk, it isn’t even funny. Like this game came out three years ago and I’ve just gotten into it. What’s even crazier to me is that the game itself did not catch my eye when it was first released at the time, but that’s another story to share for another day.

And I have meaning to do some lore centered around my V/OC Minerva, why she acts the way she does in the world of Cyberpunk. And boy, it’s a roller coaster.

But for now, this is all about Minerva having trouble making friends with other female characters. And we might as well cue in some sad Barbie music because this is pretty damn sad, I can promise you that. And if something is left out, which I know is going to happen, I’ll talk more about it in another post.

For the most part, Minerva does a lot of dumb crazy stuff to make people like her and feel good around her. But she still takes her work seriously as a merc. She disguises her feelings and pain through laughter by telling dumb tacky jokes. Okay she makes a total clown of herself, which doesn’t bother her in the slightest. She even snorts like a pig whenever she laughs because it’s a habit of hers. It also helps to know that she’s often called a piglet because her father was an NCPD officer.

Yet there is more to Minerva than just snorting like a little pig. This girl knows a thing or two about betrayal, regret, anguish, guilt.

After she lost her father, thirteen year old Minerva formed this female mercenary-only guild known as the Blood Claws. These girls painted their stiletto nails a nude pink color with ombré red tips resembling blood, hence the name Blood Claws. Basically, I wanted Minerva’s girl gang to channel this energy that says they’re not weaklings, that they can still look cute and kick ass at the same time. The majority of these girls were raised on the streets of Night City, so it makes sense that they adopted this attitude. And as much as it pained Minerva, being that she’s attracted to the opposite sex, she deliberately excluded male mercenaries from ever joining the Bloodclaws. Alright so it goes like this. These are young girls that can still talk about their love interests, as long as they don’t ever bring it to Minerva’s front door.

So Minerva had a rather large female merc following as though she was a celebrity (although this is the last thing she’d want to be compared to) that would do anything for her. These girls were loyal to her. It made her feel seen and heard. Most of all, she felt loved and safe. She never felt alone. She felt comfortable around the female mercs. She can share secrets and desires to these girls and they won’t judge her for it. They were like the sisters she never had. These girls admired Minerva for her ability to overcome such a tragic circumstance in her young life, while still maintaining a beautiful positive outlook.

There was even a female merc named Medusa who looked just like Minerva. You might even say that these girls were best friends, and sisters in looks only, which they often joked about. For crying out loud, even their names have three syllables, begin with an M, and end with an A. So these girls has a lot in common than anyone thought.

However, it wasn’t long until Medusa started stealing the spotlight from Minerva, and you can clearly see how angry and jealous she was. Minerva just can’t hide her feelings. What was it about Medusa that made others like her? Was it because she was prettier and had shiny hair? Did she have a higher body count than Minerva? Did the other girls already grew bored of her?Oh there were so many questions floating around in Minerva’s mind. At this point, Minerva felt threatened and something had to be done about it. Medusa even went as far as to bring dudes over to Minerva’s house without her even knowing. And the minute Minerva found out about this, she just blew her top. Medusa stabbed her in the back and Minerva is gonna make her regret ever doing that.

In the original mythology, Minerva punished Medusa by cursing her with snakes in place of her hair and the Gorgon is slain by Perseus. However in this story, Minerva outright murdered Medusa for deliberately bringing dudes into her house, for violating her trust, for not respecting her wishes. But then Minerva faces an emotional dilemma. She comes to regret killing Medusa, her only friend. She let her rage overwhelm her mentality and it just hurts, knowing she can’t bring Medusa back. She lives with that guilt even to this day. For this reason, Minerva doesn’t have that many female friends for fear that there would be future catty conflicts and may result in disastrous outcomes.
