Waxing Crescent Candle Studio

A candle making studio located in the lower part of the middle district, it provides a unique experience of letting customers make their own candles, as well has having premade ones to choose from. Occasionally, other middle or lower district artists can come and set up a table or two and sell their art there for a small fee - usually just a candle purchase - but gets to keep any profit made.

alperen duymaz / he/him  ———  no way is that ASLAN SAKARYA.. they’re a 31-year-old HUMAN notoriously known for being IMMORAL  &  VICIOUS  but there are some people who have seen them being METICULOUS  &  EFFICIENT.  if you ask me, they remind me a lot of slowly opening a leather roll of excruciatingly sharp instruments, unbuttoning cuffs of a dress shirt and rolling up his sleeves, don’t bleed on my floor, black leather gloves, a dark silhouette patiently waiting in the chair of an empty living room for its owner to turn on the light, but that could just be because they’re considered the PUNCH-CLOCK VILLAIN around town. just keep an eye on them  &  see if their true colors shine through..

keanu reeves / he/him  ———  no way is that CYRUS WHITEWATER.. they’re a 59-year-old HUMAN notoriously known for being a WORKAHOLIC  &  ELUSIVE but there are some people who have seen them being PROTECTIVE  &  INDUSTRIOUS.  if you ask me, they remind me a lot of an exhausted sigh after a very long work day, the clicking of a metronome in an otherwise quiet room, spreadsheets and projection documents, mahogany and corinthian leather, daily text messages to loved ones to check in, but that could just be because they’re considered the PAPA WOLF around town. just keep an eye on them  &  see if their true colors shine through..

aaron taylor-johnson / he/him  ———  no way is that EZEKIEL ‘ZEKE’ COHEN.. they’re a 33-year-old HUMAN notoriously known for being INDECISIVE  &  COCKY but there are some people who have seen them being FRIENDLY  &  TALKATIVE.  if you ask me, they remind me a lot of filling silences to avoid dead air, a smile that lights up the room, quick winks followed by a click of the tongue, well groomed curls, a glowing red ‘on air’ sign, but that could just be because they’re considered the MOTOR MOUTH around town. just keep an eye on them  &  see if their true colors shine through.. 

krysten ritter / she/her  ———  no way is that KALI DICAMILLO.. they’re a 36-year-old HUMAN notoriously known for being STUBBORN  &  SNARKY but there are some people who have seen them being INTUITIVE  &  DILIGENT.  if you ask me, they remind me a lot of chipped dark nail polish, constantly cleaning grease from fingernails, deadpanned responses, whiskey in coffee, multiple tool kits for every occasion, but that could just be because they’re considered the DEADPAN SNARKER around town. just keep an eye on them  &  see if their true colors shine through..

  jenna ortega / she/her  ———  no way is that OPHELIA GOMEZ.. they’re a 22-year-old SYNTH notoriously known for being SUPERSTITIOUS  &  NIHILISTIC but there are some people who have seen them being SUPPORTIVE  &  ADVENTUROUS.  if you ask me, they remind me a lot of gothic down to the core, taxidermy animals in cute costumes, creepy quiet appearances, out of place smile that doesn’t match the aesthetic, speckled freckles that accentuate facial features, but that could just be because they’re considered the NIGHTMARE FETISHIST around town. just keep an eye on them  &  see if their true colors shine through..

Periwinkle Art Gallery

A small art gallery in the middle district. They focus on exhibiting works from smaller, up-and-coming artists, usually from the middle and lower districts. They are also notoriously known for adjusting their cut of any sales in proportion to the income of the artist, with artists of a lower socioeconomic standing receiving almost all of the profits after taxes. How they manage to keep the place profitable with that policy in place remains a mystery.

Metroplex General Hospital

A general hospital affiliated with the Big Three and located in the middle district. It is the largest hospital in the Metroplex, providing quality care to both human and synth patients from all three districts, at least in theory. Because it is an official subsidiary of Epsilon Labs, it is common for people who are trying to stay under the radar to seek alternatives, usually in the lower district. It is also the home of the largest psychosurgery clinic in the city, boasting the latest and greatest in technology, treatment, and training for staff members.

DFW Arts District

This sprawling area that marries the upper and middle districts includes several performance venues, including several live theatre centers as well as music and dance halls. If there's a touring production in town, this is where you'll be able to see it, as well as local productions using this space to put on different ballets, orchestras, operas, and their own theatre productions.

Tao Talent Agency

Founded by Vivienne Tao and built in the lower middle district, it's a place where hopeful young talented artists can come and try to get traction. Whether you're looking to be an actor on stage or screen, a dancer, or a musical act, as long as you show you have talent, Tao Talent Agency will sign you. While not a rule, they generally do not like to sign anyone who has connections or money, trying to be something of a helping hand for those that don't have the same ins as those with connections or money do.

The Hexagon (Vanguard Security HQ)

The Hexagon is a large compound on the outskirts of the upper district that functions as the headquarters for Vanguard Security. It gets its name from the hexagonal shape of the premises, as well as its central building, with each 'slice' of the six-sided property serving a different purpose.

The central building, known as Sector 0, is mostly dedicated to offices for various executives and other support staff. Sector 1 contains training facilities, including a standard shooting range, an obstacle course, and a number of advanced combat simulations. Sector 2 is the command centre for all active units. Sector 3 is the hub for research and development, Sector 4 is the medical section which includes operating rooms for cybernetic surgery, and Sectors 5 and 6 are entirely housing for Vanguard's contractors.

A quaint flower shop in the middle district owned and operated by Esperanza Rivera. Despite having family high up in the Skyport Mafia, she has famously been kept far away from their activities and her flower shop remains a neutral business. As a florist, she is known for her colourful arrangements and willingness to stock rare and unusual flowers upon request.
