Now you can send me to prison for having a creative mind.
What if Cyber Crime Law is the appetizer for an upcoming martial law that specifically targets youth then the government will fear the youth because of our protests and stuff because of their mother effing laws and then the government will propose a program entitled BATTLE ROYALE and then they will choose a random class including college students all over the Philippines and will be sent to an island faaaar away and will be fighting and killing each other for victory within 3 effing days. omg.

Above is the complete copy of Republic Act No. 10175 otherwise known as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Sen. Tito Sotto (otherwise known as the copy-and-paste senator), inserted the libel clause in seen at Sec. 4c - 4
(4) Libel. — The unlawful or prohibited acts of libel as defined in Article 355 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, committed through a computer system or any other similar means which may be devised in the future.
Questions posted by blogger Raissa Robles regarding the bill proves this clause can inhibit freedom of expression in the internet (read all about it here)
For sure, Facebook will soon have a truckload of lawsuits for all the libelous comments made on its site. Only in the Philippines.
