It didn't take them long to report the video of proof as having the ability to create potential unrest.
It’s completely ok to mess with someone’s head, constantly interfere with their opportunities and try to put everyone off from interacting with them…but if you decide to fight against that they’ll quickly put the clamps on it. Yes, the video I recorded of my child protection video being trolled by what appeared to be a notice claiming that it was state-controlled media has been refused for…

Seeing ideological lefties on damage control, using sophistry and they will only respond when they think they have convincing enough bullshit to mislead the lesser informed and easily confused. Real manipulative. I know their cyber-stalky nature, they follow blogs they hate to false flag their posts. Lefty activists got no life
Their damage control and defense of the GND is petty also their fake “Im so much more mature, better and smarter than you” bs as they promote more power to extremists and illogical wackjobs like AOC. laughable.

❝ i know who you are, ❞ the words burst out of her before she can stop them. but it was bound to happen. it’s what happens when s.h.i.e.l.d. recruits a girl who’s done nothing but cyber-stalk them for the past eight months. and, objectively speaking, she’s good at cyber-stalking. but still, as soon as the man is half-presented in front of her, she knows him. ❝ phil coulson --- agent phil coulson. you --- i’ve followed your career. mostly. kinda. i mean, online i guess. --- not in a creepy, stalky way, i just mean --- ❞ she’s screwing this up. she’s on day three and she’s going to get fired. goodbye depressing, dimly lit basement cubicle. she’s already mourning the cute organizational desk stuff she bought that she hasn’t even been able to use. ❝ new mexico. ❞ that’s her point. sorta. and where most logical people would take the opportunity to ask about thor, most logical people didn’t spend three hours staring at leaked, redacted s.h.i.e.l.d. files detailing the event. and the agents involved. mainly him. ❝ you’re like, a master at conflict management. i mean, you basically met half the avengers before they were the avengers and never even had to fire a bullet it’s badass. ❞ she’s talking too much. and no matter how much she coached herself on maintaining some semblance of normality around the big names of s.h.i.e.l.d. it seems to just...bubble over. he’s not quite as intimidating as fury --- not that she’s even seen fury, and if she did she’s pretty sure she’d choke. he’s more approachable than agent hill. but most importantly, the thing that’s criminally underappreciated in all the online forums and blog postings and conspiracy theories about s.h.i.e.l.d. and the avengers is that the name scrawled at the bottom of almost every influential report? it’s his. phil coulson. standing right in front of her. ❝ sorry um, i’m caroline. i’m...new. ❞ / @coulsonx + in all fairness you did KINDA ask for it??
#coulsonx#by 'follows him around like a lost kitten' i really meant 'follows him around like an overly eager puppy nipping at his heels'#ᴀ ʜᴇʀᴏ ﹕ ᴊᴜsᴛ ғᴏʀ ᴏɴᴇ ᴅᴀʏ ⸺ marvel.

Many professional jobs will take it as disinterest if you do not send one. My current job WAITED FOR ME TO SEND THE THANK YOU LETTER then immediately responded with an offer to hire me. (I think normally you are suppose to send it right away; I waited a week because I knew they’d have finished conducting interviews at that date and I simultaneously wanted to show my appreciation while sending a subtle reminder nudge of “Hey remember me? Yeah, I’m the one you want to hire!” essentially.)
If you write a professional letter, it’s good advice. As someone now in charge of hiring new workers, if someone were professional and showed appreciation after being interviewed it’d go into my positive mental tally of them. Most people don’t. Honestly, when managers are given a stack of applications, they’re looking for reasons to toss out mosts of them to narrow down who they will hire. You want to do what you can to stand out in a positive way; Showing appreciation to the hiring manager for taking the time out of their busy schedule to meet with you is not creepy if it is genuine. While skills at doing the job are important, if you made it to the interview stage, 9 times out of 10 they’re seeing what you’re like as a person. So many people who have a trade think that their skill at their task is all that matters- a good hiring manager knows that someone who is fairly decent and works well on a team is a better employee than someone who has honed their skill but is a jerk to their team. At an interview you want to show your interviewer you’re someone they’d enjoy being around every day- a big part of that is showing appreciation. Note, all thank you letters I send are in email. If they give you an email you can respond to the hiring manager directly at (i.e. you were emailed from it with directions to the interview location), they’re expecting a thank you letter. If you send a physical paper letter via snail mail I’d think your tech skills were lacking. If the company intentionally has a recruiter talk to you and you are never given the hiring manager’s email it is best to thank the recruiter but digging up the manager’s email if it isn’t part of the public directory on the site can feel a little cyber-stalky.
To wrap this all up, I do want to say there is no one solution that works for every job or interviewer. It’s kind of like dating, what works with one person may be bad with another. However, most of the time the above advice has worked for me, and that’s coming from an artist who has interviewed at and worked for a lot of companies doing freelance work, and had a lot of amazing experiences from it.
I saw a post going around encouraging people to write thank you notes after an interview which I know is time old advice or w/e but like most people I’ve met in talent acquisition think it’s creepy and just throw them away lol
#Thank you letters are very much still in use#Not everyone uses them#but in a job where you are competing with sometimes HUNDREDS of other applicants#wouldn't you want to do what it takes to improve your chances?#What is outdated is putting References Available Upon Request#Don't put that#The interviewer knows they can ask for that#It just wastes space
