Who then immediately backflips over the fired bolt, latches onto the side of the tree he was talking about before, and quickly spins around the trunk to pick up speed, before launching himself at Surge. All before she ever had the chance to react, and with a powerful Homing Attack, he sends her flying away and into the ocean around South Island some several miles away.

" ...Why did she look so much like Scourge though? " Either she'll drown or she won't, not his problem. Time for a nature nap!

Not that she cared what happened to the tenrec in the moment — their goals just happened to align in the moment, which made it more beneficial to work together than against. Even still, she was no ally in the moment. If Surge hindered her in any way on achieving her goal? Than she would leave her to face the consequences of her foolishness on her own.

She was here for one thing and one thing only — completing the assignment her boss had given her. The tenrec was not part of that nor was her safety.

Though, she hadn't even really heard the first part too clearly. Was the tenrec about to say something about her? Oh, was something wrong with her outfit today? Doing a quick check on the frilly sundress she had chosen, trying to see if anything was amiss.

The soft crunch of Snow under her shows, it was a sound she grew to love as a kid. The gentle snow flakes drifting down around them, and the gentle bite of the winter wind. All of it was a sweet reminder of kinder days of her youth and how carefree she had it. Things were not quite so free and yet sweet all the same.

She let her eyes drift over to Surge, someone she had grown rather attached to in recent days. She wasn't even sure why, yet every moment they were together made her feel warmer inside. Even when they were apart for long periods it only made these moments together all the more enjoyable.
