Hero name: Fiction-to-life hero: Inkheart(book reference OwO)

Sex: Demi-female
Orientation: Heteroromantic Demisexual
Affiliation: U.A.

~
Appearance
Hair: Seems like normal dark brown pixie cut but every strand is actually a thin strip of paper. She doesn't blow dry it often so it often turns out messy, dry and brittle.
Skin: One of the most prominent features of her skin is that it has visible ink veins running through the pale Asian skin in her whole body. The veins are black with a slight rainbow tint in her hands and arms and fade to a less prominent greyish black in other places. Another prominent feature is that she has scars and scabs in varying shades of grey on her skin because of her skin allergies and skin picking disorder.
Body: She's tall but a bit chubby.

Costume
Sakka wears a light warm brown top with short ivory sleeves with one iridescent cyan glow in the dark triangle pointing up on each sleeve. She also wears simple, slightly baggy but protective dark brown pants and iridescent orange lightweight sneaker-boots with white laces. In terms of accessories, Sakka wears ~
Personality
At first glance Sakka may seem reserved and shy, as she usually prefers to read, write or draw than socialise. However, when you actually talk to her, that won't be the case at all. She actually loves talking to people, but she has trouble communicating casually and might come off as very awkward or annoying. Deep down, Sakka is a kind and loyal girl. She dedicates herself completely, too much at times, and never hesitates to give kind words or try to help others when needed, however her annoyingly clumsy nature makes helping others hard for her. Sakka is also rather over sensitive and sometimes feels as if the people around her are bothered by her presence and asks them about it, often in the form of “what's wrong?” Which only makes her more annoying, even if she never means any harm by asking. She has an immense, well founded fear of annoying others, and when she feels someone hates her(even when it's not the case) she will get emotional easily. Despite all that she is actually rather optimistic, friendly, and sees the good in all others, which is why she is kind. Also, she always gives her all in what she does, no matter in school or her hobbies, such as writing stories and drawing. She prides herself in being imaginative and loves weaving developed characters and complicated plots of different genres, such as humour and angst.

Quirk
Type:Emitter/Mutant
Sakka’s Quirk allows her bring whatever she draws or writes on a piece of paper to life, living things or non living things. When she scrunches up the paper and throws it out the paper glows in rainbow colours and forms the thing she brings to life. When she picks up a pen or pencil and activates her Quirk, her blood connects to the pen or pencil allowing her to bring her drawings or writings to life. The veins in her arms and hands glow a neon rainbow when her Quirk is activated. if her Quirk is not activated she will just be drawing and writing normally. The things she brings to life (usually fictional characters lol) will be black figures with a metallic rainbow sheen on them, no matter what their original colours are. They will fade after one day no matter how Sakka writes or draws otherwise. The used paper cannot be reused after she has summoned her creation to life, but she can draw/write it again and use it again. If she continuously draws too much or summons too much of her creations, over the limit of 24 hours without letting herself cool down for at least one hour she will experience severe nausea, dizziness and even death. If she wills her creations to disappear in a cloud of rainbow sparkles immediately they will do so.
-Art-to-life criteria The drawing has to be at least clear sketches or they won't function properly. They don't have to be coloured. She can command her drawings with her mind but the more drawings she controls, the more it strains her mind and it makes her exhausted if she strains her mind too much. Writing descriptions in her drawings makes mind-commanding uneccessarry as the descriptions work like commands in a robot. They can take 20 hits max. If they take a hit while being controlled Sakka will feel a numb pinch in her head and if they are destroyed Sakka will get a flash of migraine. Again, she doesn't have this problem with drawings that she doesn't control. -Writing-to-life criteria The descriptions of the things she brings to life have to be detailed and precise, or else unexpected things might pop up, like if she writes “board” it can be a board made of literally anything, like poop, fire or blood, that can be any size, from as large as an elephant to as small as a cell. Or maybe it will be someone boarding a train. Rest of the criteria is identical to the drawing-to-life ones.
Moves
-Move 1: Fangirl’s dream Most commonly used move. Summons fictional characters to fight alongside her or summons fictional weapons for her to fight with. She can write prexisting commands for characters but not weapons, so weapons are more likely to strain her mind but strains less than controlled characters. She can summon weapons with magical capabilities(e.g. Gaster Blasters)but it will strain her mind more than -Move 2: Hoverboard She creates a lightweight airborne round board with a steering handle so she can travel around without having to walk. Steering too much may strain her mind since technically her mind is the one driving the steering handle. -Special move: TQO(Temporary Quirk Ownership)
A dangerous move she thought up, even she doesn't use it often. Through writing a detailed description of a different Quirk and crumpling up the paper in her hand, she glows briefly with the rainbow light and with that, she gains the written Quirk. The time limit is shorter-she can only use this move for an hour max, and she needs another hour for cool down before she can use another quirk. She cannot desummon the quirk once she has started using it. She's stuck with it for an hour. She cannot use two or more Quirks at a time. Transform and Mutant Quirks might do permanent damage to parts of her body on which the summoned Quirk is affected, more than the actual user of the Quirk. For example, using Engine may render her legs useless for at least a week, and using Hardening will damage her skin and fragile ink veins greatly. Some Emitter type Quirks may strain her mind greatly, such as Brainwashing. She really needs to choose her quirks carefully. She often asks the original owner of the Quirk if she can use their Quirk if she knows that owner. Of course this isn't necessary. Advantages She can literally draw or write anything that isn't too hard to draw and make them do anything she wishes. They last long enough for Sakka to fight with them or beside them. Disadvantages People can tell that the objects aren't real immediately Using Quirk is risky for Sakka Vulnerable to fire and electricity attacks
