wish this country didnt hate unions so much cuz i feel like if we didnt have such a hostile history towards labor the whole "seniority" shit wouldnt be such a fucking issue for ppl in unionized workplaces

#actually it is kind of fucked up that new ppl get the worst schedules and no leniency and only federal labor rights #and i can see how that could breed some animosity towards senor staff in unions #its not the unions fault tho but it does make getting new members way more difficult #which im sure is the point from the business standpoint #and if the union didnt care about seniority businesses would use that #to plant new ppl in a place and flip it #just sucks #cuz senior employees bug me about the union and politics so often like #UR SAFE IM NOT LEAVE ME THE ENTIRE FUCK ALONE BE FUCKIN SMOOTH BRO
