I have been sewing on and off almost 10 years and I only made bias tape for the first time today just now.
#don’t let ur dreams be dreams#I was right to be scared btw I messed it up twice lol#one way was really minor (forgot to clip the seams)#and I think I’m always gonna do it the other way (accidentally cut the strips twice as wide as I needed#(ended up with twice the tape I was expecting and I saved time hand sewing the strips together and cutting them in half)#cutting thru hand stitches feels incredibly sacrilegious thoooo#I wish I had a sewing machine….#this dress woulda been done two weeks ago lol#sewing#hand sewing#handmade#wip
