breaking my silence but i REALLY hope the qsmp lore and confirmed lore backgrounds of the characters has absolutely nothing to do with the DSMP or Las Nevadas
#apart from how much of a confusing shit show that server was#it just feels really alienating for ppl that never watched or bothered with it#sure u could still enjoy w/o knowing or watching the DSMP#but idk dude#not everyone wants to have to know shit about it in order to fully comprehend/understand qsmp lore#i really hope they remain as separate entities#like the DSMP being a past life is whatever#but to have it integral to the lore seems……..i can’t think of the word but u know what i mean?#also i’m only posting this cus i’m tipsy n cause twitter would eat me alive for this opinion#cus they seem to DESPERATELY want LNV to be canon to the qsmp and f & q to be working together#but that just!!! screams bad story to me idk!!! for the audience qsmp had#why can’t qsmp/the characters exist on its own and have its own lore unrelated to the dsmp#why are so many ppl hellbent on insisting the two are connected
