Can I just say that I love your style of muzzles? Earth ponies with broad, blocky honkers. Pegasi with smooth, sock-shaped snoots. And unicorns with sharp, pointy schnozes. :D
YAAA THANK YOU!!
for earth ponies theyre the strongest/most powerful physically of the pony species i just wanted their bodies to yknow accentuate that, the apples are stocky and Built so their heads are more Square, Pinkie is bouncy and bubbly and fun so i make her rounder n softer lookin, their hooves are always on the ground and earth ponies are generally know for their physical labour working the land for the whole species so their hooves are idk if exposed is the right word but yeah u can see it lol
pegasi need to be more aerodynamic since uknow theyre built for tha air lol so a longer smoother flat face helps them be able to move around/be faster up there, my rainbow has like. a totally flat face sort of a torpedo look and i dont put any big feathers around her ears bc shes usually going Fast, w Fluttershy her face is more curved inward at the bottom partly to kinda accentuate her shyness and also she has a lot of big feathers around her ears bc she doesnt even usually fly at all never mind quickly, n they both have the sort of featureless, soft hoof type that would look like it could stand on clouds
and unicorns are in my head like they shoukd be more??? idk if ornate is the right word but theyre delicate and kind of a physically shitty horse cus they all rely on their magic to do most things lol, so Rarity has her worm on a string lookin face, tall pointy diamondy shaped ears oh and their tails are those long ones w a little bit a hair on the end, and theyve got the fancy pointy cloven hooves
so for alicorns like for Twilight i try and incorporate all three of the races aspects into them, so Twi has the hoof type and pointy snout and tall ears that i give unicorns, but when she sprouted wings she also got feathers around her ears, and her head shape got longer but also bigger and her general body got a little bulkier, i havent drawn the other princesses yet but, for each alicorn, whichever of the species they started out as has the Most prominent features in their look, so when i get around to drawing Cadence she'll have more prominent pegasus features since that was what she was originally :] for flurry im gonna have to try n make an equal balance of all three the best i can lol
SORRY THIS GOT REAL LONG I HAVE A LOT OF THOUGHTS ABOUT HORSE ANATOMY FBFNDV

A list of characters I won’t/can’t draw
I feel like I need to make this now, cus I’m getting requests from people that mean well, but they have characters I won’t draw. I’m not blaming any of you btw, this isn’t an angry post! It’s my fault I didn’t make this sooner.
So, here’s a list of characters I won’t (or can’t) draw for one reason or another. I’m going to try to justify it as best I can as to not make it sound like I’m being a pick asshole.
Characters I won’t/can’t draw:
Jessica Rabbit: I honestly didn’t think about this one until it was requested, but it’s mainly because I watched a lot of ‘Who Framed Rodger Rabbit’ as a kid, and while I think she’s a cutie I just can’t bring myself to draw her. She’s too ingrained into my childhood.
Lola Bunny: While I’m confident in my anthro skills now, I also watched a lot of ‘Space Jam’ as a kid, so again she’s ingrained into my childhood.
Anything Disney: Again, childhood. Also I’m pretty sure most of them aren’t over 18. Don’t @ me.
Anything Star Wars: Same reasons as above.
Anything under Fox Network: So no Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy, American Dad, South Park, ect ect.
Anything Adult Swim: No, I will not draw Summer. Or Beth. ...or rick... stop asking me.
Anything Kingdom Hearts: I can’t draw most of these characters cus they’re underage. I might draw Aqua though.
Anything Darling in the Franxx: My second most requested character to draw is Zero Two, and I’m sorry to all DITF fans but I HATED DITF. For that reason, I just can’t bring myself to draw Zero Two. She’s just... uninspiring to me. Cute, but not something I’d want to draw. Sorry. I might draw the one that gets pregnant though. Maybe. No promises.
Anything FNAF: Just not my jam. Sorry.
Anything Bendy and the Ink Machine: Again, not my jam.
Anything Adventure Time: Not my jam either.
Loud House: No.
Pokemon (creatures): I’ll draw a Gardevoir and I’ll draw Gjinkas, but drawing anthro Pokemon isn’t my jam either.
Anything Undertale. No preggo/stuffed/big titted Toriels pls. I like seeing it, just not drawing it. Makes me feel dirty.
My Little Pony: Again, not my jam. I’ll draw humanized versions, maybe? But don’t hold your breath on that.
Harry Potter: It’s too close to my childhood, I wouldn’t feel comfortable drawing them.
Any mechs: I can’t do them justice, and I’ve got no attachment whatsoever to any mech franchise minus Gurren Lagan.
Rainbow Six: Just ain’t my thing.
Character’s I’m on the fence about:
Bulma: She’s a character that, again, I’ve had deeply ingrained into my childhood but it’s not like I don’t want to draw lewd art of her. It’s just challenging.
Android 18: Again, same deal. I could probably draw preggo Android 18, but I’d need to be in a special mood for it.
DDLC Girls: DDLC is a troubling one because I love the character designs but I never want to play it. I’ve seen and heard enough about that game to know I never want to play it. However, I love Sayori’s design and I’ll 100% draw more Sayori in the future. Natsuki, probably. Monika, maybe. Yuri? Probably not. Sorry for the adamant DDLC fans who are waiting. I promise I WILL draw all 4 girls together someday.
Pokemon girls: I probably won’t draw the following Pokemon girls: Crystal (Kris), Leaf, Lyra, Jasmine, Mira, Iris, Bonnie, Selene, Lillie, Anime Serena, Lana, Acerola, Hapu, or other Anime girls under 18. I WILL draw: Misty, Erika, Sabrina, Whitney, Clair, May, Roxanne, Flannery, Winona, Phoebe, Glacia, Lovrina, Dawn, Cheryl, Marley, Gardenia, Maylene (?), Fantina, Candice, Cynthia, Hilda, Bianca (older version), Elesa, Skyla, Fennel, Rosa, Roxie (?), Game Serena, Shauna (?), Viola, Korrina, Valerie, Zinna (?), Mallow, and Wicke. So there’s your choices.
Digimon: I’ve only ever watched the earlier series, so I have no attachment to other characters. I also don’t want to draw anthro digimon. I’ll draw (Tri & DATM) Sora though, she’s a cutie.
If there’s a character you’re unsure of, please drop me a note and I’ll see. I know this looks like a long list but when you consider what I WILL draw the list is much, much longer. So that’s it. I’m just saying this now cus saying to people that I don’t want to draw that specific character bums me out and I feel guilty.

BEST EPISODE! ~ Yona
((Also, last week was pretty nuts. So there will be another week of only 3pm content))
Its time for your dancing shoes as Twilight has decided to bring a Ponyville Tradition to the School. This version is called the Amity Ball and they’ll be dancing, food exchange, and an award given to the best couple they call “Pony Pal Contest”.
In a surprise turn of events, Smolder will be going with Gallus. Here’s a spoiler: while this episode is basically beat for beat what you expect, there are a ton of ideas for comics I wish I can do but can’t. Like my Spike/Smolder shipping thanks to a moment like this.
What surprised me is Sandbar asking Yona unprovoked. Like I expected this to end up with her asking her out to not feel bad, but here he is asking her out for the sole reason he wanted to. Yona agrees, but soon becomes worried that she won’t be the best Pony Pal since she ain’t a pony.
So who else do you go to to be refined? Rarity. While Rarity was just explaining how the dance works, Yona told her she wanted to learn all the proper ways of doing it. Rarity, still kind of worried, agrees to teach her and it begins with talking with your mouth full of food...
Talking with Brussels sprouts in your mouth helps you to learn to ar-ti-cu-late.
Apparently the original thing this was inspired of used Marbles. But considering Yona eats these afterwards, I’m betting they wanted to avoid kids choking on marbles. Yona also likes Brussels sprouts
Of course, its Rarity. So when Yona was worried Rarity would try to make her stand out, Rarity assures her that she’ll be like if she was attending these dances for her whole life. Skipping the training section but I will point out things...
Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy will help teach the two traditional dances...
And Pinkie Pie and Applejack will help her with the Pot Luck side of things...
At the Ball, we find out why Smolder didn’t ask Spike out: he’s DJing as DJ Scales-n-Tail.
Meanwhile, the other Student Six not part of this do what I do at parties: find a corner and just eat food.
While Sandbar told them they didn’t need to worry about tradition, they tease him with the fact Yona is learning for him. Ocellus joins along, but deep down in my headcanon she is super jelly Sandbar asked her out before she did.
It seems to go smoothly at first, she’s even speaking 1st person. But the teachers seem to forgot one thing about helping Yona: get her used to doing so in a dress and wig. Long story short, it becomes a mess at the Ball and Yona leaves.
At the Tree House of Friendship, Yona cries but Sandbar finds her there since he knows her well and this is where he would go if something like that happened to him. Yona is so embarrassed, she refuses to leave the tree house.
Will Sandbar bring Yona food and water?
Yona thinks she’s the worst pony ever but Sandbar convinces her to come back to the dance since she isn’t the worst.
Yona: Really? Sandbar, name two ponies worse than Yona.
Sandbar: Cozy Glow and Sombra.
Back at the party, Yona wanted to apologize but the others do instead. They thought she wanted to try this out for fun but didn’t know she felt pressured to do so.
Twilight: I have done literally nothing wrong.
It ends with Yona and Sandbar winning the Amity Ball Award for Friendship (considering how hard Yona worked for Sandbar and Sandbar bringing her back) and everyone wanting to do the traditional Yak dance.
Overall, this is an episode where the ride is what’s important, not the end goal. As soon as you saw the episode description, or maybe even heard the title, you pretty much know how it’ll end and the lesson it taught. And for the ride, I enjoyed it. It helps Yona is my favorite of the Student Six. And I don’t think this episode would work with any of the other five in her spot.
So this episode remains the same. As for those comic ideas, I’ll do them after the Death Battle.

My Little Pony Re-Watch: Episode 26 Best Night Ever
*We’ve reached the end of the first season! And while this finale is on a smaller scale compared to what would come in future finales, it’s still rather, grand!
*Hey remember that Grand Galloping Gala thing they’ve mentioned a couple of times? We’re actually going to get to see it! An exciting payoff to an event that’s been slowly built up throughout the season.
*I don’t really point out animation errors, but this episode has one of the most famous ones I have to highlight it. Stay strong Cyclops Pony. Stay strong.
*I don’t know why, but I find Applejack pointing out that they don’t normally wear clothes when they’re getting dressed pretty funny. Plus it’s referenced in fan works, a lot.
*I didn’t realize until I was watching all of the episodes again in order that we hadn’t been to Canterlot since the very first episode. And that it was the first time Twilight and the others all went to Canterlot together. That’s kind of a milestone for the series, and given how the rest of the episode goes, the girls probably left quite an impression on Canterlot.
*I really love the At the Gala song! It’s definitely the most theatrical song in Season 1. Which makes sense since it was inspired by the opening number from the musical “Into the Woods”. Which now having seen the movie adaptation, I can definitely see the influence. And while i love Winter Wrap Up as much as the next guy, I think the performances from the girls in this son stand out just a bit more.
*Each verse has it’s own flavor to it that makes it stand out. The song is also a great way to remind the audience why this event is so special to all of the Mane Six. Plus we get to see why this is so important to Twilight. Giving her a chance to spend some one on one time with Celestia. Something we didn’t see back in “The Ticket Master” because she was a little busy trying to choose between her friends. It’s big and fabulous and beautifully performed and I loved it.
*We’d met the Wonderbolts before, but here is where they get voices and the most well known members of the Wonderbolts finally get their names. Spitfire and Soarin
*Also the first appearance of beloved background pony, Octavia. Okay I like Octavia and all, but I never got what it was about her that made her so popular after I saw her first appearance. Most of the other famous background ponies have a moment or an appearance that makes them stand out, but Octavia did’t really do much to stand out compared to the others. And i think it took her the longest to make another appearance. Am I missing something? Is it because she was playing the cello with hooves?
*Personally I think the episode is the best episode of Season 1 that features all of the Mane Six. Especially since all of them have their own stories. I think it helps that they all go the same way in a broad sense, but it doesn’t seem like it’s following a checklist. The flow is very smooth and each story is given enough space to breathe before you cu to the next one and until you check back in on certain ponies.
*Of course the conflict for all of them is that this perfect night they were looking forward to isn’t going the way they hoped it would. Celestia is too busy with the other attendants to spend any time with Twilight. Same with Rainbow Dash and the Wonderbolts. Applejack can’t sell her food to fancy Canterlot ponies. Pinkie is disappointed in the kind of quiet solemn attitude of ponies who are supposed to be at a party. Rarity’s date is the worst, and Fluttershy..... We’ll get back to that.
*Putting aside that Blueblood’s lineage makes no sense, and his title especially makes no sense given what we’ve learned about how the monarchy in Equestria works since this episode, he is, as I’ve said, the worst! And just annoying he is gets even worse and worse throughout the episode. Making rarity pay for food and using her cloak to cover a spill they could have very easily walked around! I don’t really know if there’s much to analyze beyond that, but I will say he was doing the “your prince may not be the man of you dreams” thing before Hans made it cool.
*As funny as it is, i never got why Fluttershy’s subplot went the way it did. I can’t figure out why the animals were so afraid of Fluttershy. I know that just because her talent is being good with animals doesn’t mean she has to be good with all animals, but why did these immediately run away from her? It can’t be because they’re shy around ponies. This garden is right next to the palace. There are ponies around all the time. Not ot mention a groundskeeper. Maybe if the groundskeeper had mentioned that they were naturally shy around ponies I’d be able to swallow this a bit better. As it stands, its’ a nitpick, but something that stands out whenever I watch this.
*That said, turns out pony mental breakdowns are going to be a trend on this show. First Pinkie, now Fluttershy. And jsut like Pinkie, it’s unsettling, but absolutely hilarious! While pinkie was kind of, deranged, Fluttershy becomes more maniacal. Hearing Fluttershy’s sweet little voice let out a maniacal laugh is something you don’t easily forget.
*The girls get so frustrated with how the night is going that they try to force the gala to be as perfect for them s they wished. And of course that only makes things worse. To the point of causing collateral damage. Although why none of the many Canterlot unicorns intervene when pillars start falling is anypony’s guess.
*I do get a kick at Rarity blowing up at Blueblood. It is very satisfying
*So about Fluttershy’s sweet little voice... the moment she shouts “You’re Going To LOVE ME!!” has been permanently tattooed to my brain.
*As it turns out Celestia hates the gala and thinks it’s boring. So she invited Twilight and the others so hey could, in her words “Liven things up a bit”. Well mission accomplished Tia. This is also one of the biggest highlights of Celestia’s mischievous and fun loving side that we’ve seen glimpses of during the season.
*The season caps off with a very nice message that could ring true for the whole series. That good friends can make a bad situation better. And spending time with them can be just as special as any grand event. Thee’s also a good message here of not setting your expectations too high, because it can make what you were excited about more disappointing then it needs to be. Two good messages for the price of one! A great way to end this inaugural season!
So that’s it. Season 1 has been thoroughly recapped and somewhat thoroughly reviewed. And again while this finale may not be as big and involved as future finales, it gives you what the show had done best at this point. Great characters in a funny situation. Expressive and vibrant animation work where almost every frame is endearing. Amazing voice work form the songs to the laughs to the mental breakdowns. And a sense of progression and evolution from this journey we’ve been on for he last 26 episodes. What more could you ask for?
Well apparently there was more. This was not originally going to be the Season 1 finale. The following episode was. Where it’s time to get back to saving Equestria. Next time: Return of Harmony!
