I THIINNNKKK it should be like they were with Doug in canon where they're just really bitter about it and there should be a moment where William just fucking looses it and is asking if any of their friendship was ever real or if he was just using them all along and Dakota should smile at him soo genuinely and be like of course it was real :) and William should be devastated.

its less he's supposed to stay out of fight ig and more he isn't supposed to actively seek them out. Him and Doug have jobs they need to do yknow if the situation doesn't absolutely necessitate it he shouldn't go running into battle. so when he DOES get to fight people (especially strong people) he gets real excited

not... exactly? He's being paid a fair amount, getting that adrenaline high he so desperately craves, and he's not like... DIRECTLY hurting anyone most of the time. sure in the grand scheme of things he probably is, but all of this would be happening anyway, right? what does it really matter if HE'S the one to do it.

I do not think he would get roped into experiments, causssse he isnt exactly working with all of that like Mark was. Mark was on that island supervising that shit yknow.

I feel like it could go like . two or three ways? way one is he doesn't end up leaving overlord, emotionally charged scene with od where its basically like "fuck, we can't save him" and they have a bomb ass fight and he's sent to jail. kind of anticlimactic in a very pd way. way two is like with doug, some stupid shit happens, he gets caught, basically forced into reform, probably has a shaky relationship with pd cause of the betrayal.

way three is pd go man fuck this he's ours now and sort of just become apologists. theyre already pretty morally grey leaning, this is their emotional support for hire villain now. which obviously means they end up eventually getting him out and safe yknow but its also very funny.

The base burning down could be because of different circumstances :D? Whether that be bc of Will & Vynce inviting Dakota over, or another reason, I mean Summer was able to figure out that they were heroes so I think after a bit it would be easy to follow em home.

I have no idea who of the PD would get in between Vyncent and killing Mark in that scene- bc to me this aus PD seems VERY gray on the morals scale lmao. And I agree the basement torture scene would be so fun…. Uaghhh William and Vyncent learning Dakota is Hellfire…. Would they ask him why? Or would they just take it as fact that he’s a villain and has been lying to them this whole time… also how would that affect how Dakota views them too????

Okay, thoughts and more questions I got: when Dakota realizes what he’s gotten into does he want to leave? Does the Overlord keep him there bc of the pay & the knowledge Dakotas aunt is in rehab? (Making it so basically no one would notice if he goes missing…) Does he get roped into being experimented on like Mark? Does Dakota get out of working for Overlord? Like Jade & Doug do in canon?
