Fitness has NOTHING to do with the way you look. Fitness doesn’t mean you are thin with abs. Last year I was able to weightlift 170kg, but I was still fat, are you gunna tell me I wasn’t fit? 😂 There are fitness instructors who aren’t thin, there are runners who aren’t thin (I just watched the Hastings marathon, and so many of the top 100 had bellies on them!). There are Olympians who aren’t thin. Being thin is not the be all end all of fitness. It’s not even related. @jenniferhicks Is an awesome fitness instructor who isn’t thin and teaches body positive fitness. @bodypositivebootcamp Is another that is fantastic. Fitness comes in all sizes. All are valid and all are awesome. But important reminder: you don’t have to be fit at all. Being unfit doesn’t make you any less worthy of respect.”
