It feels weirdly sacrilegious, a vampire calling upon the services of a hunter. Though, according to some, everything a vampire does is sacrilegious. It will pobably be seen as a betrayal to his kin. Perhaps it is, but light of what they've done, Hughie is more than okay with making that betrayal.

He's still nervous meeting this hunter though. From what he's heard, she's quite level headed, but Natasha's main occupation is still killing people like Hughie. The mistrust probably extends both ways. Hence why they're meeting in a public place, where neither can hurt the other without causing a scene. Hughie's leg bounces up and down in nervous anticipation.

answered the more in bed side in my previous post. but! i'm going to add in that he's also a very devoted person. you know?? when he's got his soul and/or nothing funky or weird's going on. cause that's a pretty regular thing with him, too. far as romantic intimacy? he takes a bit to open up in that aspect. he didn't have a lot of emotional stability in his life from early on. dean tried to give it to him but even then? most of his life has been a rollercoaster when it comes to showing emotions. hot and dry spells. being afraid to love and walling himself up. or the opposite. still. he came out softhearted, loyal, loving and caring. once you get to that part of him? it's a wide open book to where that'll go but it's going to be from someone who's been waiting to give someone back what they're giving him.
