értem, hogy nem vagyunk ugyanolyanok, this blog is a meal prep safe space. szigorúan átlátszó, légmentesen záródó edényeket használok, különben 1) elfelejtem, mit tároltam benne 2) tényleg sokkal finomabb marad benne minden, mint ha csak a fazekat vágom be a hűtőbe.

de annyi mindent el lehet készíteni előre, ami aztán megkönnyíti a következő néhány napot, nem feltétlenül kész ételeket, csak simán alapanyagokat is.

hetente egyszer megfőzök öt tojást keményre, megpucolom, lezárt (átlátszó!) dobozban hűtőben simán eláll, lehet enni magában, szendvicsbe, krémet lehet belőle csinálni. ha minden egyes alkalommal nekiállnék 1-2 tojást főzögetni magamnak, akkor nem csinálnám.

répát pl meg lehet előre pucolni, feldarabolni, vízben áztatva egy hétig eláll, és még édesebb, roppanósabb is lesz. bármikor elő lehet venni és azt nassolni. nem állnák neki minden nap répát pucolgatni, de így meg mégis minden nap eszem belőle. szintén egész jól frissen lehet tartani a kígyóuborkát, paprikát és a zellerszárat.

de készételek közül egy csomó fagyasztható, chilis bab, lencse curryk, édesburgonya krémleves, szóval ha másnap mégsem kívánom, akkor lefagyasztom, és 1-2 hét múlva veszem elő, mikor megint kedvem van hozzá.

nem minden ételnek áll jól a másnaposság, pl tésztát nem készítek előre, azt frissen főzöm.

edit: ha ezeket nem tenném, akkor nem ennénk ennyire változatosan, hiszen kizárt, hogy minden nap főzzek, szóval valszeg rendelnénk, ami szintén nem ízlene, de legalább 3x annyiba kerülne, mint főzni :(

( superiors in the army. sanders, who constantly reminded him that his worth depended on his skill. captors and torturers, adversaries, etc.. that’s not to say women haven’t been the same, but most times a woman has been used against him, as well, has been under the orders of a man. he suspects ulterior motives most of the time. ) so the fact that illya is a man that has literally saved him ( and continues to save him on the occasions he needs it as they continue to cooperate ) has led him to see that he can literally trust him with his life. not that he’ll ever openly admit to caring for him in such a way ( platonic OR romantic, verse dependent ). additionally, he has quite a lot of respect for him, even though he won’t admit that, either. ( we tend to forget that illya is far more brains than we’re led to believe. solo respects his cunning AND his strength, though he might poke at either. he has an image to maintain. )
