i’m going to do some crazy things to 20 pounds of frozen chicken tomorrow
#currently my workplace kitchen has no safe method for thawing frozen meat other than cooking it like that or defrosting in the fridge#which is futile. because one sink is falling apart and the other sink you cant use the cold water#unless you want the pipes to burst from underneath the tile#and im not going to serve those poor old sons of bitches plain boiled chicken so.#but whatever. i adapt. i overcome. i improvise. constantly i evolve.#i’ll get to hang out with the nice maintenance guy while he watches the other maintenance guy fix it#it’s stresses me out a lot but honestly i’m a sick freak who loves that i love when i have to problem solve when i shouldn’t have to bevaus#of godawful management and working conditions#not sarcasm btw i’m genuine
