Signature Global Launches Signature Global Park 4 & 5 in Gurugram

Signature Global, India's leading affordable housing developer, is pleased to announce the launch of its 22nd project, Signature Global Park 4 & 5, Sohna Road, Sohna, South of Gurugram. The project is part of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna and offers Independent Floors. Signature Global Park 4 & 5 is a plotted housing complex with four independent luxury floors, dedicated covered parking, and an exclusive lift on each plot. The project is valued at Rs 400 crore.
The Badshahpur elevated road from Subhash Chowk will be operational soon, further improving connectivity to the project. The premium project will have 832 units and will be only 20 minutes' drive from Rajeev Chowk. The project's various options include independent floors of 2 BHK (951 sq ft) and 3 BHK (1081 sq ft). The units in this high-end development start at Rs 4500 per square foot. The company is working hard to meet its goal of launching 9,000 units under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna.
Mr Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global and Chairman, National Council on Affordable Housing, ASSOCHAM, commented on the current situation, saying, "The demand for affordable housing has increased manifold." People in the post-COVID-19 era have realised the value of owning a home and want to buy one to feel secure and safe. The government's policies will help buyers secure a good property, and home loan interest rates are also at an all-time low.
Apart from Other Common Facilities, Signature Global Park 4 & 5 will have a Retail Hub - Signum Plaza, Swimming Pool, Rejuvenation Centre, Open Green Areas, Kids Play Area, Half Basketball Court, Badminton Court, Cricket Net Practice Pitch, Skating Rink, Outdoor Gym, Jogging Track of 0.5 km, Gardens, Loungers and Seating Areas. The project is located on Sohna Road, and the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor runs through it, making it a rapid development zone. The Badshahpur elevated road and 11 multiplexes will be operational soon.
There are educational institutions (GD Goenka, Ryan, Pathways, DPS, KR Mangalam) nearby, as well as hotels (The Taj Gateway Resorts, The Westin - Sohna Resort and Spa, Country Inn, all within 5 minutes), hospitals, and malls.
The company has primarily focused on Haryana, with offices in Gurugram, Sohna, and Karnal. "We have begun construction on approximately 6.75 lakh square feet of commercial real estate, including a 1 lakh square foot mall in Vaishali, Ghaziabad." Signature Global Group recently completed the e-Draws of flats for four of its projects in Gurugram, including Signature Global Prime, Signature Global Aspire, Signature Global Proxima 1 and Proxima 2. During this time, 2862 flats were assigned, and the process was live-streamed on YouTube. We are pleased to announce that our 21st project, with 852 units, will be launched on July 9, 2020. We received an incredible response, with 1400 application forms.

Signature Global sets another benchmark, delivers Sunrise Karnal ahead of  time Signature Global  Group, the pioneers in affordable housing  have once again lived up to the trust of home buyers by achieving the distinction  to deliver a part of its  affordable housing project- Sunrise in Karnal, well before the scheduled delivery time. The company  has  readied 66 units for offering possession and families are  already staying there .
Signature Global, the pioneers of affordable housing has set the benchmark of delivering homes six months ahead of the stipulated deadline.There are 66 ready-to-move -in units out of the total  of 348 units measuring 115 square yards while 10 families have already shifted in the project. The construction of the project  was started in April 2018 and the completion certificate was received in February this year.  The complete  project will be delivered till June 2020.
Prior to this, in 2018 Signature Global had given  possession of their affordable housing project- Solera in Sector 107, Gurugram, under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, 4 months ahead of the mandated timeline .
