Coconut Oil Treatment

All natural at home coconut oil treatment. All you need is Unrefined Cold Pressed Virgin Organic Coconut oil. (I like buying the Simply Nature Aldi's Brand.) Wide tooth comb or you can use your fingers to distribute evenly. Last you'll need a shower cap or a handy grocery bag if you don't have the cap.

Wash hair using your favorite shampoo

Apply coconut oil through out entire head using your fingers or comb through with a wide tooth comb (Best for Curly or kinky hair).

Put a treatment cap or plastic bag over head.

Wait 15-20 minutes.

Wash coconut oil out with warm water. You can leave some if you like(in place of a leave in conditioner).

Style as desire.

This treatment can also be used for children.

I use this treatment for all 4 kids. I use it on both of my daughter's curly hair and for both of my sons and husband dreadlocks for a wash and retwist.
