he’s VERY protective over his sister && the Weasley clan tbh

being half-black in the majority white family… is something to experience

between being one of the oldest cousins, being half-black AND being named after someone so beloved in the family – the pressure gets to be a lot.

falling in love with quidditch was easy. flying around was pure freedom. something he really never got to experience before.

so naturally he joined his house’s team and that gave him a bigger sense of pride. it also gave him a routine, a way to structure himself and his life that he greatly appreciated.

quidditch also allows him to release whatever tension and frustration he has going on. whether it’s a weird phone call from dad or the possibility of failing Divination – he can always count on the game to help relieve some of the tension and pressure.

this is his very last year at hogwarts and he hates that.

mostly because this means he has to figure out what he wants to do and honestly? right now he’s on top of the world. despite all the pressure and bullshit, he’s still number #1. he’s popular. he has tons of friends. he worked hard to get to this point and now he doesn’t want to let go.

so for now he’s riding it out and he’s going to do whatever he wants to do.
