Went back up to Burbank today for the second day of the CTN Roadtrip to hang out with friends. While I was there I picked up a few more books. Surprise. Hey, I can’t help myself. I love art books. Anyway, I grabbed an awesome sketchbook from @scstreeter, and also a sketchbook from the amazing @caseyrobin that I meant to pick up at WonderCon and never made it back to her booth. Glad I went back today and grabbed it! I also got this beautiful art book from @amber_aki_huang. Somehow I missed her table yesterday! I had a great time hanging out with friends today at the Mission Viejo Library Comic Con and the CTN Roadtrip. I didn’t buy much, but at MIssion Viejo I met @ericscales13 who I’ve been following on Instagram for some time. I was lucky enough to grab this Inktober 2016 original drawing he had. Up in Burbank at the CTN Roadtrip I got to meet @chuck_grieb and pick up his new book. It’s not only a great sketchbook compilation, but has great process step by step info. I love that stuff! I only recently discovered @lynnchen66, and luckily for me she was tabling at CTN as well!
