“So...what you’re saying is....you actually can’t die? Like you die, but you come back and no one remembers you dying?” Nolan repeated the story he’d just been told back to the blond. “Sounds like you’re the main character of a video game, but whoever is playing sucks so they reset all the time.” He commented in reply after thinking it over for a moment.
“Not that I can say much, it’s a cooler super power than time shifting farts, and the ability to make billions of “friends” rapidly on all formats of social media.” He stated dryly referring to himself. He tossed a rock down from the old bridge they were standing on together. It landed with a loud splash in to the rapidly flowing river.
Nolan had followed the parka wearing teen after seeing him depart from the crowd, needing a break himself he decided to use this as a getaway from a bonfire their fellow classmates were having at Stark’s Pond. Their conversation had started out simple enough, like two people who just happened to be in the same place, then it got a little deeper. Then after a few questions of “hey man are you alright?”, “You sure?” And “wanna talk about it?” Here they were discussing the possibility they were just pawns in some huge franchise video game.

the two had been playing a game of sort. all through the night they had been taunting one another in some sense. and by some unfortunate fate, kenny had hit it spit on, by guessing where the black haired teen would be sensitive.
this causing a shiver to go the whole way up and down his spine. in response to the action craig let out a light laugh, all the while a small smirk had still been present on his lips.
“lucky guess, mccormick.”

[[DIDN’T SEE THIS, I’M SORRY!}}[[10: Neck kiss]][Kenny’s lips met the other’s neck, and they danced a careful and slow tango on the skin. He purrs like a damn cat, hands gracing the sides of his partner, before pulling away.] “You sensitive there or nah~?”

Nolan frowned as he listened to the blond talk. E had never thought about how sad it must be for Kenny to always die and never get remembered. He bit his lip and cautiously approached the other teen, placing a hand on his shoulder. “I’m sorry...I’m sorry that life has been so unfair to you and that you’ve had to endure all this for no reason other than a mistake your parents made years ago.” He said trying to ease Kenny’s dejected feelings. “I wish there was some way I could help...”

Nolan paled slightly as he watched the tentacles squirm out from Kenny’s clothes. He swallowed hard staring up at them as they writhed freely through the cold night air. He gave a soft nervous laugh ripping his eyes from them to meet Kenny’s gaze. “W-we’ll that’s not something you expect to see every day...” he said trying to ease his own anxiousness as he stepped back just a tad.
“So your powers come from like....Cthulhu? For real?” He asked paling a little more at the unsettling sight. He was a lover of all things cryptid and weird but he never expected to actually see something so out of the norm for himself. He figured it would always be something he had read or seen on shows or movies.

Nolan listened to kenny speak frowning at the idea that his parents did all of that just for some free food. He couldn’t imagine risking your unborn child’s life and happiness, no matter how tight money was. He tended as he watched the tentacles become a bit more active. “Well, they should be ashamed right? It’s not like you got a choice in any of this...seems pretty crappy if you ask me.”
