I love your creekside au so much! Anything from it has me happy! Wanted to ask, we got a bit of what CSK thinks of redacted, will we get something about redacted’s impression of CSK soon or is that a big surprise something far along the story? Have they interacted already or has CSK been observing him more from a far first? I’m obsessed over these two

yeah i'm happy to talk about it! i'm not really planning on writing a fic for this au or anything. i mostly just talk about it here and there when i have fun ideas or art pieces

i assume you mean in the adult/reconnected timeline? because they're basically inseparable throughout highschool.

how their reconnection goes is pretty much:

[redacted] hears about the creekside killer in the news/via sarah christ. after a few killings he suspects that it's his childhood friend anthony. that's confirmed for him one day when csk captures [redacted] and sarah christ. ian immediately knows its him when he looks him in the eyes, but of course he doesn't share that info with sarah.

csk lets them go, but then reaches [redacted] again in private. he had been following him for a while and was quite impressed with his set of skills he had developed over the years. in particular, with his familiarity with the dark web. csk proposes a deal: [redacted] helps him scrub some evidence away, and in return the creekside killer would be happy to kill any person of his choosing. a one-time hitman type deal.

[redacted] is freaked out by this initially but considers it more and more as he thinks about some of the awful people in power in the government. he doesn't make that decision right away, but anthony is back in his life now whether he likes it or not, and there's no way he's getting rid of him.
