Just saw your answer about a (non-canon) beach episode with the Loch Ness Monster and had a wee chuckle to myself bc Nessie is v much a national treasure here and would b dearly missed if Y/N were to ever exterminate her.

HOWEVER.

There is another cryptid often associated with lochs around here. One that is known to particularly prey on children in quite a few tales - The Kelpie. 👀

(Sorry for the ramble, I just really love local folklore and cryptids too! The latest chapter was incredible and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading it 💕)

Pffft, that would be so sad for Y/N to be that guy who kills the local monster that everyone likes lol

OH HO The kelpie is a creep critter, huh? Ohhh man, I can see that as a beautiful fight with Sun/Moon keeping the kid safe and Y/N diving into the water to finish the beast! *jots down this cryptid in my notes* Very interesting, indeed.

I like to think there's at least one scene where Y/N and Sun/Moon get to splash around in some pretty shallow water somewhere before a kelpie ruins their relaxation ;-;
