being yelled at by patients is so real. i used to work at a urgent care as a patient registrar lol. i remember getting yelled at bc the call center we had would tell people one thing (usually wrong) and they would come in and yell at us during registration. like pls leave me alone, you did not speak to me. i am (insert call center rep name)! ૮ ๑ˊᯅˋ๑ ა 

You know I am never rude to workers but I do get that sometimes some people don’t do their jobs well and make our lives harder and in those cases I do think sometimes it’s necessary to give them a reality check. BUT SERIOUSLY PEOPLE WILL YELL AT ANYONE BUT THE ACTUAL PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ISSUE. Like okay so you spoke to Gracie on the phone she literally told you her name when she answered so YELL AT GRACIE IF YOU HAVE TO YELL. Why am I getting dragged into it I just work here 😭
