Do people who grew up in like non-rural areas always have a bunch of quilts in their home from distant relatives or is that a rural america thing
#crucially: home made quilts usually from older ladies#probably gifted after a birth or a wedding or an illness#has/will stay in the family for generations#I know the culture of quilt gifting is a thing in rural kentucky but what about like. the Pacific Northwest?#is it a thing in New York? Chicago? LA?#idk. I really like quilts. I think about them a lot. I am under one right now lol
